Location, everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra bed covers and towels. location was great, there are many restaurants near and train stations.

It's located in a trendy area, food was good but expensive. There are many, many stairs. The showers are incredibly small.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It was reasonably clean, and spacious enough for the 6 of us (2 adults, 4 children aged 5 to 12). Florian had clearly explained the check-in process and we had no trouble locating the apartment unit and accessing it. He had also been helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was great as it was centrally located and relevant to our itinerary for this trip. Many tourist spots and shops were within walking distance and we had good access to public transportation. The apartment unit itself takes up the second to fourth floors above a shop unit inside a shopping arcade. The apartment unit had its own separate entrance of course, with 2 doors at the entrance—one with a passcode, another with a key. We thought this made the place well secured, and especially so in the evening where the gates to the arcade will be locked after 8.00 pm and inaccessible by outsiders. We could easily go through the main gate as we were given the passcode. The beds in the rooms were really comfortable, and the sofa bed was comfortable enough for 2 of our children. We had all the facilities and amenities as advertised on the website and didn’t find anything inadequate. Visiting Paris as a family also meant that we were happy to have had the benefit of a fully working kitchen with complete appliances. We had cooked a few times and it was convenient just like home. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would recommend it for being conveniently located, comfortable, and clean.

There are only a few minor things to mention (though they didn’t really cause us trouble). The shower enclosures (in both bedrooms) were small and the low borders of the shower tray means that water can easily overflow into the dry area of the toilet and straight into the bedroom floor. This is something you would want to have in mind if you’re planning on taking a long shower. We also thought the stairs were a little steep. We had to keep reminding the children to take extra care when going up and down the staircase. So if you’re staying with children or elderly guests, please be mindful of this. The Marshall speaker that can be seen on one of the photos on the website was nowhere to be found. Neither was the carpet in the living/dining area. We weren’t really bothered by them so we didn’t mention it to Florian. But the photos should be updated so as not to mislead. Also perhaps as a suggestion, instead of a speaker, why not provide a TV instead. It would be a plus point especially for family with children.

The location is decent and the beds are comfortable. Check in and access was easy.

I would not recommend this place. Downstairs bedroom shower leaks into the bedroom from the wall and shower has mold, sink is clogged and drains slow, and the window leaks cold air inside. Upstairs bathroom sink smells of sewage and is clogged and drains slow. The medicine cabinet makes it very difficult to use the sink without splashing water everywhere since the sink is so narrow. No trash can. There is only a motion sensor light by first stairwell which is very dangerous for going down as it doesn’t turn on until you’re 1/3 of the way down. Cleaners put dirty dishes from dishwasher back in cupboards, there was soap in dishwasher but no dishes inside. Dirty dishes found in the cupboards. Overall the location is fine but expensive for the cleanliness. If you look at past reviews, some of these things have been addressed prior and the owner hasn’t fixed.

The apartment location is great, only a short walk to the nearest metro station & to a supermarket. The door to the apartment is located inside a covered street that's lined with small independent shops. Access to the street is locked between 8pm & 8am, so it feels very safe. There was no noise from the shops. The instructions on how to get to the apartment & to get the key were very clear. The apartment is spread over 3 levels & the stairs are quite narrow & steep, so it wouldn't be ideal for everyone.

There were only 3 mugs / cups in the apartment, which given it is advertised for 6 people is an issue, but one that can be easily & quickly resolved. It also didn't have a TV, although it did have a radio with Bluetooth & WIFI, so we were able to connect to our phones & listen to the radio.

The location is very good for travel in Paris and clean and nice rooms. But I surprised there are many stairs to go 2,3 and 4 th floor. I thought the rooms and kitchens are together on one floor. There was not any explain from owner.
