We came from LA looking to get out of the craziness. We had no idea that Hollywood Beach existed before our Booking and we were blown away With the beauty and expansiveness of the beach . The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We definitely will want to return.

The house was wonderful for our family. ages 3-75. Plenty of room for everyone! It is right on the beach, but the ocean is a good 5 minute sandy walk for the little ones. That didn't change our enjoyment at all -- we just needed a bit more planning. Kitchen had lots of pots and pans and dishes and glasses, but we could have used more than one kitchen towel to avoid using paper towels. There is also outdoor furniture and beach toys and umbrellas to make things comfortable for everyone. Your family will love it!

Great location Loved that it had bicycles! Very quiet and peaceful The one improvement would be to provide dish towels! Not a one in the place!

The property is just as it is shown in the photos. Great space, light and airy. The kitchen was just the right size, with a wonderful family space. Lots of games, and flat screen televisions in all the bedrooms and the family room. It has a spectacular view of the ocean, right on the beach, which was as close to a private beach as you could find. A short distance to the waves with lots of sand to build sand castles with the little ones and enjoy the peace and quiet just the waves. It was our family paradise by the sea.

There was everything I could have possibly needed for a beach vacation and even more than what I needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. There was basic soaps and detergents for cleaning, laundry and dishes. There was an abundance of dishes, cups, silverware, pots and pans. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner and never needed for anything(other than groceries which we brought with us). There were even coolers, umbrellas and beach toys to build sandcastles for the days we spent on the beach. There were bikes and scooters in the garage which were nice for an afternoon ride by the harbor. Plenty of restaurants and a bar nearby. The beach was not crowded and the view was awesome. This is our new favorite vacation spot and we plan on returning.

The house is awesome and the location is even better. It was clean and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs etc… lots of fun. There are spectacular views and all of the furnishings and decor are well selected. There is also a wooden deck on the sand with big umbrellas. I’m not sure the BBQ is mentioned in the listing, but there is a gas BBQ on a small deck off the side of the kitchen. The kitchen itself has all the dishes and cookware you could possibly need. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. I would definitely stay there again.

This home is family friendly complete with bikes, beach towels, sand toys and more. Ocean views are from the balcony level and beach access from the bottom patio area. The only drawback is you have to lock the house from the front door. The patio slider should have a key lock for easy access direct from the beach. We would definitly stay here again.

Gorgeous views from the living room, sand at the doorstep, beautifully layed out floor plan and cute beachy themed rooms. It was perfect for our large extended family from grandparents to 5 year olds. We lucked out on the weather... 80 degrees in November! Spent lots of time at the shore and just relaxing in the livingroom, talking and catching up.The place was spotlessly clean. There were extra beach towels available as there were sand toys, boogie boards and beach cruiser bikes. The neighbors on either side were very nice too... not loud at all.We would definitely come here again!

We had 10 people, including 2 tall teenagers. The kitchen is small, but sufficient. There were enough pots and pans, etc. The house is convenient and clean.One problem is the restrictive move out time of 10:00 AM on departure day. That is way too early and non-negotiable. The elay in returning the cleaning deposit is close to a scam. They sit on your money for 6 weeks.Otherwise the house and location were excellent and the staff was good and efficient in preparing for the trip. Credit cards should be accepted at no increased fee. The CFO is really consumer unfriendly.

Two things could have made the stay even more enjoyable: a shorter walk across the sand to the water's edge (about 500 feet) and a covered outdoor patio for sitting around.
