Location was very good in the old city. Good restaurants were near.

The personal touch by the apartment owner and the useful local advice he gave was so helpful during our stay. The apartment was very nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Fantastic location above 2 very authentic Greek bars/ restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Heraklion.

Firstable I was welcomed by Michaelis, Zacharias’s son with an early check in.
Then the appartment is in the best part of Heraklion.
100 meters from the see side with a nice sea view from the main terrace ; and close to the venetian port and the city center.
In spite it is a quiet place, being retired from the sea side road.
The appartment is really confortable with a special mention for the bed.
Zacharias and his family did all they could to give advices for my visits.
I do recommend Blue

The location was perfect as it was situated very near the sea, within walking distance of the city centre, and with many attractions, restaurants and bars nearby. The host was charming and very helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and trouble-free.

Elevator went to the apartment door.
Parking was available nearby at €8 per day.

Needs a washing machine.
The sea view was only from the balcony and then at a right angle.
No bedside table in second bedroom.
The restaurants below were noisy until 1 am. I enjoy fresh air but with the noise I could only open the patio door after 1 am.
The mosquito screen of the main bedroom was broken.

Blue Elegance was in a great location. the view from the balcony is top notch. they sent the best taxi driver to get us, and he gave us so great information. the people that own the apartment were so nice and friendly. we really enjoyed our stay.
stairs were a little tricky with luggage, but they had an elevator. it was no big deal at all.

The host was very friendly, arranged a taxi from the airport, the apartment was beautiful.
The restaurant below was busy till late and the stairs were a bit narrow for carrying a baby carriage.

Excellent apartment in central location of Heraklion. The host was very accommodating and contacted us before arrival with appropriate info on parking, dining and going out. Check-in and check-out were unproblematic. The apartment was absolutely adequate even for 5 persons. The apartment is very clean and perfectly equipped. Especially praiseworthy is the good air conditioning. I can only recommend it!

It is a beautiful and spacious flat. Tastefully decorated. Open plan and fully equipped kitchen. The host is super nice and communicative. He got in touch before we arrived, suggested a nice restaurant for us to visit, met us at the flat to hand over the key, and also helped us arrange a taxi to the airport when leaving. We asked for an extra duvet and the host's wife brought it to us. A super nice family and a fantastic flat. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfectly located to discover Heraklion, with a great view from the balcony. It was perfectly equipped, we stay there a family of 5 for 4 days. Most of us, our guest was very attentive to help us for any question and give us some advise (I lost my suitcase the first day). He fully represents the Cretan traditions that he calls Philoxenia. Thanks Zacharias !

It’s equipped with all the necessary facilities and items. Very clean and enough space for a family with a kid.
The owner is very friendly and his response was always very quick. He kindly made an arrangent for our luggages that saved us a lot.

The Host was very friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable and checked in a few times to ensure the stay was going good. The views from the apartment and having a big balcony to enjoy it were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was lovely decorated and very clean. Very spacious ( 3 Adults, A 3 year old and a 9 Month Old; CRIB SUPPLIED ) Restaurants right under apartment but with windows closed you couldn't hear the noise. Walking distance to everything. Highly Recommend

the apartment is very central, on a tiny lovely place with nice taverns where you can discover cretan food. It's cosy, quiet, very clean, with a nice balcony and sea view. Our host was extremely welcoming. it's a wonderful place to stay when you want to discover Heraklion. You can also park your car if needed in a safe garage nearby. it was perfect and we'll come back for sure.

This apartment is located in a square near the sea-front in Iraklio. There are two excellent tavernas in the square. The older centre of Iraklio, other restaurants, shopping, etc, are minutes away. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.
