wifi connection - terrible

The property is very central, close to stores, a few minutes walk to the train station.

It’s quite small. Good for someone travelling alone but 2 people is a bit crowded. It’s also a bit noisy because of the location.

The property is in the city centre. Was clean before my arrival.

I stay five night and there was no extra bedsheet.

Good Location. Cleaner Karena is very helpful.

WiFi very very very slow. Shower very slow pressure. Very very small bathroom.

much smaller room than expected. not true to true online photos. widows are literally above a busy bus stop, you hear conversations and noise just by your window non stop; issue with water and shower

very good location, centre of town, near rail station, shops and restaurants. there were communal washing machines and dryers. Karen who cleaned the rooms and did onsite trouble shooting was very nice and tried to be helpful

Stayed for 3 weeks. Had to bring own toiletries and for semi long stay, your own toilet paper (which if you would stay for one or two days, it would have been provided and the rate that was paid was daily rate). However was told it’s a low priced apartment so they didn’t provide. also no weekly cleaning unless there is extra charge. the cooking area and utensils had a smell. there were flies. the furniture was dated and had holes which were covered by a blanket. there were other feedback that I gave to the manager.Some of the things I was told could be replaced like the cooking utensils but because of the “low priced” answer I received earlier, I did not dare to write to them about it. I didn’t feel comfortable. in the apartment.

Super clean, well equipped and very comfortable even in the 40 degree heat! Will definitely return if I get the chance!

It had a lovely little kitchen and bathroom .The bed was comfortable and everything was clean . Location was very central .

It was a nice apartment spoilt by the lack of decent curtains to keep light out, and very poor internet connection which made it impossible to do any work from a tablet or watch any tv from it . It was also quite noisy , my room was directly above a bus stop . it said it was soundproof, but l don’t think it works !

Fantastic location with all you need facilities. Easy to use instructions and a really nice housekeeper who was always welcoming. I would stay again and recommend.

I should have booked higher room. Just as a personal preference the next time I stay.

Problem retrieving keys. Huge challenge with WiFi connection. Ended up accessing WiFi from public places. Good wifi from Leeds City.

It would be good to have more location information. Street map and list of attractions. It would also be good to have more than one bag for rubbish. A washing up brush would be useful. The sponge left for washing up was not a new one. This should be renewed for each visitor.

The location and staff and good laundry room

I liked everything... It would have been nice to have some additional information like an introduction booklet with info about public transport.. Restaurants etc.
