got smoking room left, no window. lights need more too in the room if need to work

1. The staff were not friendly, I arrived and stopped in front of the lobby to get my belongings out from the car. The staff angrily asked us to hurry and move the car 2. The room was LEAKING, in the evening it was raining pretty hard and the room was leaking. I complained immediately and got a new room. 3. The AC was LEAKING, after I got a new room turns out the AC was leaking too. Ended up with the carpet in the room to be completely wet. 4. The safe box was not working, since I brought some laptops and iPads I was hoping to use the safe box to leave my electronics safely. It wasn’t working, couldn’t even got the safe box open even after I called some staff to help me.

It was terribly hard to find a parking lot. Alas it was torrential rain at that time. You had to search an empty space along the Jalan Jawa to park your car. No one staff was available to assist.

The location is far from the crowd. Quick action to change the broken kettle in my room. All people (security, front desk and house keeper) are super.

So many stain marks on the floor of bathroom. Looks dirty! No hairdryer. No paper or pencil/pen in the room.
