Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Hotel itself has a nice ambience and I liked their idea of having real plants everywhere. Breakfast was plentiful. Hot tea/coffee freshly made served by lovely staff - 2 good ladies.

Location - Google map takes to a dead end, the hotel is off from a narrow road up a short off track road. Facilities - no tea/coffee facilities in room. We stayed at a family suit - it was not much of a suite rather two rooms separated by a toilet/shower room in between. Room themselves had usual desks etc but only one had cloth storage. Master bedroom was too small for the bed and furniture in it. Breakfast - cold, even fried egg was dead cold as it was pre-made and ready at table before we even arrived there. Price - for the standard, location and facilities - too expensive

the hotel is close to the center of the city of Tirana, the breakfast is good and abundant, the staff is very very friendly.

Amazing place. The staff was super polite and ready to please all the requests such as reservations in other restorants, clubs, taxi, buses etc. The place was located 5 minutes drive from the center of Tirana but the best part was the quietnes on the hotel and the size of the room. The room was huge, almost the double size of a standard room on other hotels and very very clean. Not to forget that all the rooms had balconies and flowers and trees were surrounding the hotel and the amazing pool. Best place to have coffe during sunny days. I highly recomend this place, as the ultimate family vacations nest.

staff is very friendly and helpful! Cleaners did well regarding the daily cleaning. Breakfast is simple but ok.

2 showers hang loose. We wondered why nobody did see that. It was fortunately repaired quickly. The rooms look old. If you ask me they should be renovated. Some spots are dirty, cleaning is only possible by replacement of the material. the wardrobe did not open and close properly. There was dust in the wardrobe. The water of the swimming pool was cloudy.
