Harry and the staff are amazing!! Nothing is too much trouble for them. Dinners and breakfasts were great too. Central location provides easy access to the freeways

very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, very nice facilities to just relax and read a good book. breakfast and dinner very good. it’s also convenient to do some shopping 5 minutes walk away with some good restaurants

I liked the location of the Guest House. It's located in a secure place. I liked the staff. They serve passionately with a smile. Cleanliness, The food is delicious and healthy. It's served on time. Check in and check out process is simple, safe and secure especially if you pay in advance.

I liked everything about the place

Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. There's WiFi, Dstv and a Kitchenette. Fridge had a supply of drinks to purchase and there's a few snacks too. Gardens are beautiful and the pool is fantastic. There's a generous breakfast menu to order the night before and the food was super served with a lovely cup of coffee. Bellgrove is in a very good area too.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and lush residential area. The room and the bathroom were so much larger than what we have expected. We had a balcony with the view to the pool which was a great bonus. Both the room and the common areas felt very cosy and we had great conversations with other guests staying in the hotel. We were pleased the hotel was offering not only breakfast but also dinner which saved us from going out. If we were to return to Joburg, we would definitely chose to stay there again.

Everything was great

The breakfast was good, always on time and always served with a friendly smile. The staff well trained, very attentive I felt at home and secure. Well done to the team keep up the good work.

Comfortable stay and pleasant staff

We enjoy the freshly baked croissants that we normally receive however this stay we were provided with woolies croissants which were not bad but not what we expected.

pool area, view of the garden and beautiful atmosphere. breakfast was standard. the staff was very helpful

insufficient parking, people parked us in because there’s no provision for enough parking. there was load shedding and a generator or solar system is expected for the price we payed, I mean it was painful to be without power for most of the stay. the room we had was quite small, everything was for sale, no tea making provisions, the place is just about money making and we weren’t impressed with that.
