Place was very comfortable for my family and our Boston Terrier. Beautiful view, walking distance to the beach. Groceries stores short drive and restaurants at walking distance also.

This property was perfect for our family of 6. Great amenities and perfect location.

Our family vacation to Del Mar was great in this condo. It was a quiet neighborhood with great amenities for a family with kids of all ages. Easy check in and out.

Great property in DelMar- very comfortable for 4 adult family- ran on the beach and played tennis on the property every day! Paul is a terrific host- made sure we had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay!

Loved access to beach (half mile walk) Two blocks to Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, short hike to coffe , pizza and Taqueria. Paul (host) was great and had local info. Great beaches and surfing. Wonderful time w/ my grsnd kids. Plan on coming backnext year!

Rented here in Sep 2022. It was unusually hot in San Diego area. We discovered there was no A/C in the place. Fair enough. Our bad luck, but the place was not inhabitable with no A/C, no way. Side note: I specifically asked owner if he had a grill before we arrived. He said "Sure do". Well, it was this little, dinky grill (never actually saw one that small) and the inside was coated in filth. Not usable. Anyway, wife and I decided to stay in hotel all week instead. I communicated with owner, politely asked for any sort of refund consideration, even though I stressed to him I recognized he was not obligated to do so. He strung me out for almost 3 weeks since the trip, telling me to submit a Refund Request Form, said he was investigating it, was very intermittent with his responses. I asked him to just let me know one way or another. Still strung it out. Today, I received a damage deposit refund. Mind you, this was on a very expensive rental, for a place we never stepped foot in for more than a 10 minute walk through. He even kept the cleaning fee! Again, owner had no obligation to refund. Sure would have been nice had he notified us in advance that there was no A/C, maybe even offer a discount or something, given the crazy hot weather. But the thing that disappointed us the most was the dragging out of our request, and then, after weeks of insinuating he's working on a possible, partial refund, he just ignores me. I'd rather be just told me immediately, sorry, no refunds. Just an all around very disingenuous management of the situation, by owner. Place also was claustrophobic, but I think that's typical for CA Beach places, I don't know for sure, don't rent alot alot there. Just letting future renters know, no A/C, and place not designed to be very airy without it.

Great location - loved sitting on the deck looking at the ocean, feeling the breeze. Easy walk to the beach with great boogie boarding. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and nice park in the complex. The condo was comfortable and good for a family. We appreciated the beach items (chairs, etc) and the laundry in the garage. Kitchen had basics, but you might need to buy plastic wrap, spices, etc. Paul checked in with us to be sure everything was going well. We'd definitely go back.

Loved our stay here. Was perfect for our family and close to get to the beach with a 10 mins walk. Paul was fantastic and happy to help make our stay great! 3 large bedrooms and big kitchen were awesome. Would stay here again!

Great location for family of 7. A little difficulty in walking our dog due to HOA limitations. Pool was great and walking distance to beach is convenient. Plenty of towels and bedding available.

Family vacation of 8 with our adult kids. House is spacious and cozy at the same time. Felt very safe leaving patio doors open during bedtime with the cool natural ac breeze off the ocean. Neighborhood is clean and well kept up. Friendly neighbors. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and hiking to the beach trails.

Me and the family had a great time staying at this condo. There was so much to do in San Diego which is relatively close by. The condo had plenty of space for everyone. It had a nice kitchen, washer and dryer plus a community pool and hot tub which the family really enjoyed. As for Paul he was really easy to deal with and had everything ready for us before we got there. We will be staying here again when we come back.

The townhouse is in a great location with amazing amenities. The house itself needs updating (carpet is falling apart, furniture is stained with dirt, etc.). Paul (the owner) was easy to get hold of. Overall the place was ok.

Our family of five had a wonderful time at this property. Paul is very nice. Kids loved the pools, and park. I (mom) loved the hot tub, beautiful plants around property, tons of birds in area, fireplace, and very comfy master bed. We even had a hummingbird nesting on the lower balcony in a tree. Check out Torrey Pines, too, it's beautiful and great for kids. Beach is close, which is heavenly.

This space and location couldn’t have been more perfect for our needs, which changed on a daily basis. We found Paul to be very welcoming, attentive, and responsive. We will definitely consider this rental for our future vacations if we need this much space. The walk to and along the local beach was easy and accessible. Beautiful view and fantastic location!

Not a single problem, easy process.

We stayed here for two weeks with our daughter, son-in-law, baby and their two cats. It was comfortable, accommodated all our needs especially being on two levels; so close to the beach and the amenities on the property were a plus. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location and views. That worked well for us. Paul was there to greet us and orient us to the rental and was responsive when we called once. The place was dated and needed updating and new furniture. Especially the leather couch and carpet. We had a problem with ants and spiders.

Great condo and location in Del Mar. Close to Torrey Pines Beach and the 101. The owner lives locally and is very responsive. We will be back!

the townhouse was conveniently located on association property offering a pool, tennis courts, easy walk to the beach, its own walking paths. The owner was gracious, helpful and available. The house itself is in need of modernization as the couches, rugs, furniture have seen better years.

The furniture was worn and broken. I sent 40+ photos to document the problems. The write up was completely false. I called RSVP and asked for my money back and they did not stand behind me. Obviously the renter is their customer, not me. I have proceeded to have Visa intervene.

Everything was outstanding at this property. The place was spotless and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner is a world class host providing info on all the local shops and surf spots. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again soon.

The owner of the property, Paul, was a pleasure to communicate with and was very hospitable. We loved the views and were able to walk to the Beach at any time. The parking was very easy and almost everything was available on site. We would recommend staying here.

What a great experience! This townhouse had everything we needed for a very enjoyable family getaway to Del Mar. The location is unbelievable with easy walking access to the Torrey Pines beach and State Reserve through the Torrey Pines State Park parking area. We spent our afternoons enjoying the beach through sunset, and mornings hiking and running the nearby beachfront trails. Our family of five was so comfortable with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, beds and space. The internet was fast and reliable during the days for our online school and work meetings too.The Host, Paul, was very quick to respond and very communicative. He’s a San Diego native and surfer, and provided a lot of great tips on beaches, board rentals, and suggestions. The townhouse was setup for beach use too with an attached garage, hose to wash of sand out front, two boogie boards, two beach chairs, and beach towels available to use.We also enjoyed the big kitchen and refrigerator to make meals and enjoy them on the large family table. What more could we ask for? Highly recommend this place for a family stay and Paul as a great host.

Our family of four had THE BEST time at this condo!! We are not new to the area, or to the condo complex, but it is our first time staying in Paul's condo. The owner is wonderful to work with, great communication, prompt response to any questions and incredibly kind and enthusiastic. The condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. If you utilize vacation rentals often, the joy of cooking in can often overshadowed by poor-quality kitchen utensils and pots and pans. Well not here! The kitchen is well stocked with quality kitchen items (knives that actually work, good pots and pans, etc.). There was tons of space for our family to spread out and we loved playing tennis int he mornings and walking around the neighborhood. Can't wait to go back!!
