Convenient location for dining

The staff was amazing! Especially the valet , this younger lady was great . My wife needed something out of our vehicle and she insisted to get it out for us after we said we would. She sprinted to our vehicle, yes sprinted!! That was just one great moment we had with staff .

The hotel looks nice. The staff was professional and attentive. Good variety for breakfast.
The room was small for 4 people. We were very uncomfortable in a tinny room. A family of four shouldn’t be allowed to book a room that doesn’t accommodate everyone.
Soundproofing were not good as well. We could hear the loud noises from outside what made it difficult to rest. To park the car was ridiculous expensive. Even though I am a bonvoy member I was charged for 2 days of internet use.

Shower wasn’t working properly. Bathtub faucet and shower head were both pouring water at the same time. Just cheap shower head and drain

We asked for two double beds and we got one king size. They charged us the wifi and told us it was free

The location was perfect; close to the beach, the mall, restaurants, etc. The staff that helped us when checking out was also quite helpful.
First, we got the wrong room when we first got there. We got a room with one bed when I had asked for one room with two full beds. Then, the fridge had food from the previous guests I’m assuming, unless one of the maids left it there which I doubt. Finally, although I appreciate the cleaning of the room before our arrival, the smell of chlorine was quite strong.

Rooms were great. We were there for my granddaughters dance competition! All went very well.
The blanket with the roll away was terrible, rough, and very scratchy. Good thing we brought an extra throw blanket.

it was just ok
the beds were very hard/uncomfortable. our group had planned on enjoying the “heated pool” only to find it very cold, therefore our large group of kids were unable to swim. it took us a while to even find the pool, due to a “detour.” there was no signage as to how to go to the pool and nobody told us when we checked in.The breakfast buffet was fair. The food that should have been hot was barely warm.

Bed was not comfortable for the price. Could be updated, higher expectations for the almost $250/nite plus $36!!!! to park - that didn't have any E charging stations :-(
