Poor breakfast selection for hot a breakfast!! Packaged breakfast sandwiches were to hard ! No waffles as indicated!!

Bathrooms and showers were terrible ! Items remaining from previous guests! Mold in shower!@ Refrigerator didn't work!!

We could hear kid running around upstairs as we had a room on the first floor. Shower floor was a little dirty upon check in but we got a courtesy call from front desk and they addressed it asap.

The art and room set up was the best I've ever seen for it being so reasonably priced.

The body wash was out and we couldn't ask for it to be replaced because we were mid shower. Also one of the lamps was flickering. Biggest let down was when the employees came to make the room while we were gone a few hours they turned off the mini fridge with our left overs in it so those expensive meals spoiled.

it was dirty . my room was dirty . pretty sure there was mold on the shower curtain. The shampoo in the shower was empty .The hallway was dirty . The pool was freezing cold . there was no orange juice for breakfast . The hotel has great potential but even the elevators were dirty .
