We could checkin at late time. It was great for us. All home was very clean and comfortable. There is coffee shop under the building. Host was very kindly and there were many gift like coffee or biscuits. They are very nice and kind.

It was cold and air condition extra 10 €.

Nice and spacious apartment. Super clean. Very well equipped. So we enjoyed our stay there. If you arrive by car, parking is much easier with the "easy park" parking app. Use the Tranvia close by to get into the city center of Florence.

It was a one month stay in Florence and it was one of the best months ever! The acommodation was outstanding. The hosts were the most helpful with everything. I can recommend the place with all my heart.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. There was a spot to park the car. Apartment was spacious with a small balcony. Full kitchen utilities ( such as coffee and tea) -separate bins for different recycling materials. Not too far from public transportation.

The family who own/run the apartment live next door and the apartment has all you need bar the kitchen paper tissue. The hosts ( I met both Alessio and his wife) were very friendly and helpful. Certainly worth considering the area as well as it has everything you need including: 2 supermarkets 1 fish shop Several bread shops 5 cake shops and cafés and plenty of other types of small shops: from toys to chemists, all within 200-400meters...it couldn't get any simpler or better. There is also a bus stop close by, a hospital, train station (800mt from Firenze Rifredi). The apartment is also very cool and even though it was 30+ outside I didn't have to switch ON the air con.

Just 2 very minor things that were compensated by everything else: 1. The fridge is a bit noisy 2. I would have put a small TV in the kitchen. What I did was use my laptop and, btw, the internet connection was easy to setup and fast.

I liked the host. Very welcoming! A good location for staying in Florence. Highly recommended.

Super clean and cozy apartment. The owner is nice too and it's well located in a nice neighborhood.

The only thing we didn't like were the super annoying and loud neighbors upstairs!
