Great location near several restaurants, staff friendly and helpful.

Some rooms better than others.

1) Me and my family loved the view, it is definitely worth it to wake up early and watch the oceanic sunrise from this room. 2) Very close to good restaurants like "hello Capitano" which I highly recommend for lunch and chilling views having coffee. 3) Attentiveness and friendliness of the staff

The location is number one. The view from our balcony could not be topped The manager was very accommodating when we turned up a day early at 10.00 am at let us into our room which luckily had just been vacated. I would go back there without hesitation.

Our home right on the beautiful white beach. The villa has 'own' beach with recliners, gazebos and easy access to perfect blue sea. My husband even had a paddle on the SUP left in the yard.. Spacious bedroom with large windows overlooking the bay of Paje. We spent a lot of time on the stoep (breakfast also served here). Huge bathroom, with super shower. Ozzy also helped with arrangement of our Blue Safari trip and taxi back to Stone Town.

If I have to criticize, the garden could perhaps be a bit tidier! But no problem!!

It was last minute booking so we didn't expect much but it ended to be an excellent vacation. I had a few questions during booking so I sent an email and I had a very quick response. Ozzy was very accommodating for all our requests aa can be difficult travelling with small children. Ozzy and all the staff were very helpful from the day we arrived to the day we left. The place was very cleaned and looked after. Someone was always there to help us with anything. Beach was cleaned every day, even visitors from other hotels will come and sit on the beach in front of the villa due to cleanliness. We will definitely come back to Paje and we will definitely stay at White Sands. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful.

The location is perfect, directly on the beach. The staff is very kind, professional and not intrusive at all.

the staff was so sweet and accommodating. everything we needed, they gave. The location was amazing. very calm and quiet and the water was beautiful. We felt safe and secure. the wifi was great for Zanzibar. The breakfast was so good and the rooms were unique.

just room for improvement would be that the shower head and faucets need to be replaced. Also, the twin beds in the room wasnt too comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at White Sands. The room was very comfortable and only a few steps away from the beach (and the view is also great!) The private area with sunbeds was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel was also very clean and the staff was all incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel manager in particular was a great help with any queries we had and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Loved the proximity to the beach ⛱ and the mutliple restaurants offering different cuisine.

The room was really hot, an aircon unit would have been good

Very nice and beautiful place. We were moved for free to a room with aircon and it was so nice of them. We had the breakfast served on the balcony in front of our room. So nice! The beach area is very cosy and private and you can easily go to the beach or hang in the little nice beachbar. There is many places along the beach to go and eat. And in the back in the village. Very friendly staff and manager. Thank you.

In white sands the room was facing a garden from the front and the beach aswell which was very nice to wake up in the morning to watch both very relaxing.. also the breakfast was really nice 💚 and tasty plus the juices were amazing and refreshing , people there were very nice from the manager to the cleaners they were very friendly and smiley ..

The bathroom was very slippery .. access to the beach should be closed for guests bcoz its always open …. Rather than this all was really good

it’s right by the beach and the breeze and the safety that Ozzie and Aziz as caretakers of the facility that they provided us was simply exceptional,definitely my vacation home where I will get back to again and again

The room was spacious and super clean. The view from the balcony is amazing. I think this is the best location is Paje, everything is in close walking distance, for eg. restaurants, rooftop bar, party places, but far enough to be quite at night. The hotel has it's own private beach area which is quite useful if you do not wish to interact with the local salesmen (aka. fake massais)

The view from the room was amazing. For this price, it is impossible to be so close to the water from your bed. People are also so nice. The night we arrived they cooked a delicious dinner for us with a lot of attention. The villa is also perfectly located next to nice restaurants and kite surf schools.
