قرب الفندق من الحرم الموظفين

اللوبي صغير ومزدحم الغرف تحتاج الى تجديد من حيث الاثاث ودورات المياة قلة المصاعد وصغرها والازدحام عليها

للأسف لم يعجبني ولن يعجبني وهو بهذه الطريقه النظافه معدومه والأثاث قديم والحشرات بشكل غير طبيعي ولايوجد اهتمام ولا تستحق ريال واحد في الشهر مو في اليوم

Super close to haram. Comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfast with a wide variety. Arranged transfers with the hotel for ziyaarat and to Makkah - prices are reasonable.

Maybe rooms can do with a bit of a refresh.

Location of the hotel was right next to the Masjid along with many food options. Staff were always friendly and would go out of their way to assist you.

Had a slight issue with my bathroom in 706 where the muslim shower had a leakage issue. Everything else was alright

Probably the best stay in all my years of traveling. From the friendliness of the check in staff, Ahmed & Jana to the restaurant manager Hamdy Ragab i was amazed at their professionalism and customer relationships. The room was huge and very comfortable and the dinner, where do i start, was plentiful and delicious. You spoilt for choice with thr variety of food at dinner and breakfast. I will definitely be back here and compliments to the staff.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was perfect with everything that you need around you. Big room and comfortable bed.Very good breakfast, very good and helpful staff all around. Always ready to help nothing is too much. Housekeeping staff bablu and cleaning staff good. Ahmed on reception was helpful when we arrived. My only thing is I wanted to be in a much higher room like above level 10 but they didn’t give me. Just for the view.

The staff was exceptionally kind. From the front desk to all the room cleaning employees. Within the week I stayed they became my friends and would often give me something like a water bottle or similar when they would see me in the lobby. I would legit have a list of 40 people I could give a shoutout to. I would definitely book here from now on. Bayan, Hawasen, Bader, the brothers who work at the entrances (all of them were so great).

للامانه السعر جدا عالي وحاليا ماهو موسم استغربت من السعر المبالغ فيه

Location was good specially for female and male. A thanks to Bayan , Faisal and Asaliah for the warm welcoming and assisting. I considered that all staff from bottom to top are cheerful and helpful and fast responding this what conflict that their is a proper management going. The room size and bathroom was good and clean. Good quality amenities. Sahoor was good , with variety and the staff was helpfull and their manger in the 12th Floor restaurant was great.

It would be greater if the window could be more cleaner and with out fence so I can see Haram properly.

The service is very good. All staff are very approachable . The manager upgraded us to the presidential suite as our room type was overbooked. That was truly surprising and a wonderful experience. The food at iftar and sahoor was very good. There was enough variety to not get bored

The decor is a little dated but we did not mind this at all

It was not clean. The passages were dirty The hotel was definitely not a five star hotel

It was third time staying in the hotel. As before location and facilities were exceptional. We got full board for whole family. I would like to state the quality of food was great even better than before. Any request made was completed promptly by staff. Will definitely recommend for anyone coming to Madinah Munawara to chose this place for stay. Overall how Sofitel has managed the hotel is Exceptional

Had a rude encounter once with one chef staying with bread warmer section during breakfast. Spoke rudely with my mom which was not acceptable. I did speak with him there. The chefs need to be courteous with guests. Also one supervisor in restaurant who was in his fifties by age wore suit most of time was always difficulty with staff working on floor. It made us uncomfortable how he treated them. Once he had us wait longer to check when we come to restaurant even seeing us everyday and knew we had full board with multiple rooms. One thing that was a bit annoying that out key cards gave us problems almost every other day. We had to go to reception to get that sorted.

الغرفة جميلة وواسعة والسرير مريح جدا بوفيه السحور فوق الخيال رااائع والموظفين خدومين ومبتسمين بالرغم من الازدحام. انصح به.

التكيف كان بارد جدا ولم يوجد دفاء لم انام من البروده علما بان المكيف كان طافي ودرجه الحراره في الغرفه 18 كراسي النوم غير مريحه وسبق كلامت الاستقبال

Ramadan Breakfast. Suhur was excellent.

Parking is expensive specially it is free in most 5 stars hotel The way to attend the park, although the area of the of the hotel is very congested and we cannot leave the care in the street, we have to proceed for the check in first There was only one sitting chair in the room and no small tables to locate a cup or any other similar tousles while sitting

Staff, food, location was good.

The Air conditioning was not working. Complained multiple times during the 2 day stay. Technicians were coming but but couldn’t do anything. It was extremely hot and claustrophobic. Also booked a car through the hotel for visiting different mosques. The car came 2 hours so we missed a lot and wasted half our day.
