Wunderschönes Haus. Super freundliche Gastgeber und ein tolles Willkommen mit einem kleinen Teller Käse und Obst. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet. Diese Unterkunft lohnt auf jeden Fall, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Der Hausherr bietet auch Jetski Touren an.
Da fällt uns nur der Regen ein.

Steve hat uns ganz herzlich in der Lodge begrüßt!
Wunderschöner Ort um für ein paar Tage die Gegend zu erkunden! Wir würden aufjedenfall wiederkommen - wenn der Weg nicht so weit wäre aus Deutschland..

This lodge is really a spot of paradise. Liz and Steve were so welcoming and there were so many thoughtful touches. Our room was tastefully decorated and super clean, and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Location was very good and the property very well maintained. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and our accommodation was excellent. Attention to detail was evident.
Breakfast was good but limited choice. I would have preferred the option of a cooked breakfast albeit a simple one.

On arrival we were well informed by Lizz about the B&B and what to do in the area. Lizz was also available for a chat about life in New Zealand (of course also about items)
The rooms were excellent (even better than expected based on the information we found on the internet)
The breakfast (musly, cereals, fruit, fresh fruit juice, sandwiches) was excellent and sufficient. In the evening you could have a hot dinner upon request.
The location was excellent for our trips to Rotorua and to Tongarino national parcs

Elegance, Peace, Serenity and Charm. What a delightful experience! Beautiful garden setting, elegant decor, spacious room, warm and friendly welcome, including a delicious surprise cheese platter (thank you!), lovely outlook into the garden and view of the lake from the room and a marvelous breakfast each morning. We both said "Wow" when we turned into the driveway the first time and felt spoiled throughout our stay. This was our "special treat" accommodation on this trip and we couldn't have been happier.

AMAZING! Steve and Liz were the perfect hosts. The view, food and atmosphere made the perfect romantic get away. Their attention to detail is second to none - it's the little things! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Breakfast was substantial and delicious. We also had a meal in the evening and it was lovely. The hosts could not do enough for us. Liz and Steve were the perfect hosts. Highly recommend.
Shower pressure was weak, otherwise a perfectly wonderful stay.
