Spacious room, cleanliness, good host, comfortable, location

The apartment is very big, clean and nicely decorated. Owner was very helpful in addressing our queries.

1) very spacious and rooms are huge. There are many beds. 2) Suitable for big group of people (ie. church camp or retreat) 3) filtered water 4) Big kitchen

1) there were cigarettes buds and empty bottles at the balcony 2) Property looks old 3) cleanliness can be improved. 4) quite a distance from Jonker and shopping area if not driving. 5) water heater pressure very small 6) smell of cigarettes smoke in some parts of the house and rooms.

Only one day before our arrival, the host told us that there is a swimming pool under construction. Some family members did not like the dusk. On the day we arrived, then we were told that our unit has been changed to the corner unit (not the one that we have booked online). The allocated unit is actually the one with the swimming pool under construction. The host said this unit is bigger. We saw that the internal is neat and well equipped, so we were ok with it except for the dust from the construction of the swimming pool.

Easy access to places that we visited. We had great time with family in the whole property.

Location was 5 - 10 minutes from our destinations. Well kept property with proper facilities and comfortable environment. Enough space for our large party.

Everything was as we expected. Clean toilets and comfortable beds. Spacious living area for quality family time.
