Location was awesome, so near to all attractions and cafes. The ladies in the Discovery office was friendly and all smiles.

The loud squeaking of the house, there are several times we wake up late in the night or early morning. And also, we weren't given enough towels.

We like the retro feel, with the fire place, music player with CDs selection, a room in the attic, spacious sofa, balcony looking out to the lake and mountains, cooking facilities, table tennis table in the garage. Like the rocking chair too.

Tap water is either very cold or very hot. It is freezing to wash hands with the cold water. Washing machine is in the garage below.

It gave a cozy vibe

The window in the bathroom didn’t have a blind and we were scared people could see in whilst having a shower. The other property had the same window and we could see their outline whilst having a shower

Really loved the retro styling. The whole place was of a good decent size. Appreciated the supply of firewood. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful.

The heater in the front room didn't work very well, which we didn't figure out til it was too late to raise with mgmt (we were only there a couple of days). We did struggle to keep our 14mo daughter warm as a result. But we let management know when we checked out so they could investigate, and it seemed they would genuinely look into it. Also the bed in the main bedroom was pretty uncomfortable, you can tell it's been flipped and rotated a few times. Probably due for replacement soon.
