Friendly staff

Nearby has a lot of food for options. I can view sun rise from my room. Finding parking somehow is not so too hard, but if there are dedicated spots, I think that will not give a lot of stress to the guests with vehicles.

Saying for a few nights, the room has a durian smell and was from the bathroom sewage. Feel disgusting, especially the smell won't go away. The pillow somehow is too thin.

the wifi is awful so if you plan to stay for business. think twice before you book. other than that. it’s all good.

staff was friendly. especially the morning front desk Indian girl during my stay...shes the only one who greets me every morning and i did observed she patiently served and help an old couple who needs to book a cinema ticket..shes really a good staff.

the only thing was i came back late one of the night during my stay and i could not find any packing lot at all...hope fully the hotel can arrange parking lot for ur customer...

We booked a family room for three people (maximum 4 pax) and overall we had an extremely pleasant stay at Frame Hotel in Penang. Would like to highlight that the room size was alot larger than most hotels of similar type and we appreciate how clean the room was. The toilet had a wet and dry area and hot showers with good water pressure was readily available which kept our stay very comfortable and room cleaning service was impeccable. From the time we were here, the reception was always friendly and 24 hours. The main entrance will be closed form 7pm to 7am which made us feel safe. The beds are comfortable and we had large space to moving around and placing our luggages. The hotel also provides for ample hangers to hang clothes/towel. There are really good amenities nearby including the New world park food centre nearby, New day porridge etc. The hotel offers also easy pick up/drop off point which is great for Grab rides which is so easy to move around in Penang. This is a very good hotel with good value. The only downside was perhaps the room was not as soundproof i.e. we could hear doors banging when people leave but we have no issues with that during our stay. Thank you Frame Hotel for a pleasant stay in Penang!

Cons: slightly noisy when people leave their hotel rooms and TV channels are very limited.
