Great location with great views, we got caught out by the show and the staff were great for allowing a late checkout while we navigated the road closures.
Perfect that there was a log burner and plenty of wood.

I loved Everything, the view, the house has everything you need absolutely love the house, the set up is perfect the bedrooms are very decent sizes for a big whanau highly recommend definitely will be back thank you so much

Lovely spacious house. Great for our family with 3 young kids. Rooms were very generous in size. Kitchen was a wonderful size and made cooking Christmas dinner a breeze. Plenty of seating and room for everyone. The 2 bathrooms were also great. The views from the property were beautiful. would definitely come back.
Bbq and gas cooktop were a bit sketchy. Thought the bbq might collapse to be honest. A dryer would have been great. Also a hose would have been handy for rinsing off sandy feet and things used down at the lake. House could have done with a deep clean.

I've now stayed at Blae Loch 3 times because I love the views and the use of the table tennis table in the car port. The separate living room I love too and the shower pressure is great. It's an extremely warm house and very comfy.
The windows could've done with a clean (lots of dirty finger/hand prints all over them). Also I would like to see them install heated towel rails in the bathrooms (as it's difficult to dry towels especially in winter) as well as rubbish bins in the bathrooms.

Excellent location and amazing views of Lake Tekapo. Clean sheets and towels.
The place could have been cleaned a little bit more, vacuuming and general dusting.

Amazing house at an even amazing location. The lake views from the deck are stunning. I could be wrong but I don't believe the property profile mentioned the lake view. Would return to stay for sure.

The property has lots of space and has great views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. The property seems to be well managed and was quite clean when we arrived.
I liked a lot of things about the house. There are a few things I can share that might improve the overall experience;
It would be nice to have a couple of hangers in all the closets.
The lamp in the room with two king single beds didn’t work. It would be nice to get it fixed.
Lastly, it’s really great that there is a washing machine. Perhaps having a dryer too could also be a bonus especially with the weather in Lake Tekapo.
Great stay overall. Highly recommended.
