excellent location! this spot worked great for exploring the city. we really appreciated the ac and the wash machine. super comfortable beds, too! there is a shop with great fresh pasta and also a convenience store right nearby.
the unit we rented didn’t have anywhere to sit aside from the kitchen table or the beds.

The location is amazing, it take a few hours to figure out your starting point but after you get your senses figure out it is really convenient

The location was amazing, very well situated, and with a supermarket 2mn away. The flat was quiet, the rooms spacious and very comfortable.
The fact that the check out was too early and there is no space to leave our suitcases safely.

appartement was ready only for 4 people, although reservation was made for 6. there would be no problem in summer, but now in winter, without quilts and pillows it was impossible. It was cold in appartement and after we asked about raising heating temperature, we were informed that its not possible and we have to stay like that and that we will not receive 2 more quilts for kids. no quilts, no warm, no more reaction from owner after that. Much better accommodations in Venice than this one, avoid this if possible...

Location is excellent-it’s about 20 minutes from the main tourist sites and surrounded by bars and restaurants. It was clean.
Although there was a kitchen there were no cleaning supplies nor tea, coffee or sugar. At times the apartment was cool, although this was a requirement to maintain the temperature to not above 19C.

The apartment was cosy and had all the essentials, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, iron, hairdryer. Linen was clean and white. Good location .1.2 km from the station. Good wifi.
No, cloth in the kitchen sink to wipe up any spills.

Fantastic location, nice and quiet, very helpful with our luggage as arrived early so let us store it and also when checking out as flights were that night.

Nothing else but a comfortable bed
Being able to come in the building 30 minutes before 15:00, after a long flight from Canada at night and bus& walk …. Very tired but HaveTo wait for thé code only given at 15:00, no person to reach

Property could be more equiped. We had to buy sponge & product to wash dishes, toilet paper in toilet after 1 day.

If everything goes through schedule is a great place, otherwise not accommodating for changes like substitution of summer duvet to winter one nor flexible at all with checking/out timings. no blankets available, and not aloud to change the thermostat. we were cold for 3 days.

we couldn’t find the address more then 2 hours, you need to look after the numbers on the houses , not the Google maps

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The directions provided were also very easy to follow and understand. And the location of the property was fabulous!

Excellent Location - close to everything and surrounded by shops and eateries. Yet it was quiet and away from the main street. We could also walk from the car park where we parked our car - Parcheggio Comunale Venezia.
However, l would recommend leaving the big bags in the car and just carry 1-2 cabin bags. It’s 3 flights of stairs to the apartment.
It was just too hot in the bedrooms. The air conditioner is only in the main room and not sufficient to cool the bedrooms. No air conditioning in the bedrooms.
Also, the pillows are far too thin. Then need to invest in new pillows for all the beds and perhaps provide stand fans for the bedrooms.

A very nice well situated clean and well equipped apartment in a relatively quiet location but with good local restaurants, shops, and travel connections.
The key code transfer process really required you to have a smartphone with mobile data, which not everyone has. The pre-arrangement I made to send the key codes by sms failed but was promptly put right on telephoning the number given. However it would have been difficult to get the free wifi code as this was only sent by email! Luckily I had someone with me who had mobile data to get round that. I would recommend to leave the wifi code at the property or send it with the key codes by sms to be sure.

Fantastic location, great facilities and easy communication with the host.
With a young family we had quite a trek to arrive, there are many many steps to the third floor -a narrow and windy marble staircase which made carrying suitcases dangerous with kids.

very good location, its few minutes walk from Rialto Bridge. it has Kitchen and 2 rooms which are very convenient for a Family or in our case with my Friends.

very good, perfect location close to Rialto bridge and perfect for group of friends or family. If you are nearby, do not go to Caffe Sarecano near Rialto bridge, they have terrible expensive food and they charge 6€ for water and an additional 12% for tips (14€ for us). they also charged us 8€ for service (which was terrible)
