Great room! Was not aware breakfast was included not communicated well. Check process was self service communication via whats app for get in code etc. Luggage storage available if you arrive early. No room keys everything is via personal code. Very spacious room and bathroom.

Safe was not secure in space, could pick up and moved not suitable to use.

Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss - dementsprechend ab 7:30 sehr laut, mit wenig Liebe eingerichtet, das Nötigste ist vorhanden, keine Handtücherhaken

Posizione, semplicità di accesso, camera spaziosa e comoda, letto perfetto, buon riscaldamento di facile programmazione, accensione e spegnimento, bagno molto comodo con bella doccia. Tutto perfettamente pulito.

La mancanza di un portasapone nella doccia e degli asciugamani da bidet. Mancava anche una sedia o una poltroncina in camera. Non ho fatto colazione in albergo perché troppo cara.

Entras por claves tanto en el acceso al hotel como a tu habitación. Todas las mañanas pasaba el personal de limpieza y limpiaban la habitación. Una habitación amplia con baño privado y varias ventanas. Calefacción, mini nevera en el armario, caja fuerte y un armario grande.

No me gusto que se escucha todo, al cerrar la puerta de otra habitación se escuchaba en la tuya. La última noche nos tocó un grupo de mujeres ruidosas que no paraban de reírse y hablar muy fuerte a las 12 de la noche y parecía que estaban en tu misma habitación.

They took payment offline and told me they didn't get it and were cancelling my room. I then booked a new room and then the payment was still taken. They are not willing to refund. Do not book this location!!!

Per quello che ho pagato nn ho avuto diritto alla colazione ! Mi è costata 320 .00 euro x 2 notti ! Sono stata in hotel a meno prezzo anche a Venezia , questa è la terza volta che vengo e mi hanno sempre dato la prima colazione

Super noisy at night from street. Could not sleep.

Habitacion amplia, zona tranquila, con restaurantes cerca.

Baño un poco anticuado. Desayuno muy sencillo. NO habilitado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Location was perfect, easy to reach from the train station and very close to main attractions. Just across the building, a supermarket and a superb restaurant. Very lively place. Hotel was furnished modern, room was clean and with perfect aircondioning. The open buffet breakfast served exceeded our expectations, the lady - Ms.Teresa helping at the breakfast was very nice and friendly.

The bad smell at the main entrance - possibly from the toilette inside locker room was irritating. But there was none during the breakfast times so it might be something occational

The bed was a bit tough and it was a struggle to get my luggage up the stairs as there was no elevator!

We liked the location.

Our room, the room #1, smelt so badly of sewer and the shower had hair all over it. Once we looked around, we noticed there was a leak running along the bathroom wall. We messaged the property and the next day they sent someone to fix it, however, when we returned later that day after they said it was fixed, it still smelt awfully of sewer and the leak was still there. Also, it was very noisy in the morning because the breakfast room was right outside our door. Would not recommend if you are staying in room #1.

it was very comfortable in Venice area with a grocery store just across and restaurants across the hotel. looked very secure with key code system.

Had to cross 4 bridges one was a large one . on the way in there are 4 small bridges as we came from the airport by express bus that costs 10 Euro. on the way out we took a train and mapped out and easy way 3 small bridges one large one . Other option is pay the Porter Euros 30 each way. in short less bags perfect more bags no go.
