Staff particularly the front office guys. Very helpful. At first they sounded rude but not at all that’s the way they speak. But very helpful and willing to guide.

The suites were not in the same building and was very inconvenient for us to go back and forth if we wanted something.

Breakfast was excellent, staff were so helpful and all was very well organsised.

The location was perfect 2 mins walk from St Marks Square. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment in the main was in very good decorative order. The communal areas were clean and in excellent decorative order. Covid measures were excellent. The hotel was very clean. There is a mini supermarket 2 doors up.

Inthe kitchenette in the apartment the microwave did not have a plate and could not be used. There were also no kitchen equipment such as glasses, plates cutlery, or pans. The mini bar had a good selection of soft drinks, and you could store milk in it. The television does not have any English channels.

I did not like the room at all. The bed and the sofa were also very unconfortable. A 4 stars hotel deserves better facilities.

Personnel was very welcoming and polite.

What I see in the pictures was not what I got

The staff were professional and friendly! Breakfast was surprisingly good, as was our attendant. Location is great, walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops.
