Beautiful dining hall for breakfast. Very good staff, excellent concierge. Most comfortable.

Es un edificio precioso, con unas zonas comunes muy bonitas, con una adaptación arquitectónica admirable. Muy buena ubicación, con comercios y sitios para comer, y con el puente de la torre nada más girar la esquina.

no nos gustó que nos asignaran una de las habitaciones para discapacitados no siéndolo. Me parece genial que tengan este tipo de habitaciones, pero deben avisar a quienes no las necesitan, porque tiene, por ejemplo, un lavabo muy pequeño y muy bajo que para una persona sin discapacidad resulta incómodo, o la ducha sin plato y con cortinas que hacen impracticable el baño tras la ducha... como no había posibilidades de cambio la primera noche tuvimos que quedárnosla. Al día siguiente, nos cambiaron.

The location and qulaity of hotel is excellent

Apart from concierge Fabrice who was very helpful the general service and helpfullnesss of the staff was very poor. They struggled to take and execute simple requests and when questioned were not helpful at all?

the bath room Facilities are just amazing , specialy the "japanese closet". The room was very quiet.

Poor breakfast. The breakfast served is not worth a five star hotel. try serving an all-you can eat buffet.

Os quartos do segundo andar, são melhores. Maiores e mais confortáveis. Fiquei numa outra vez no terceiro andar e o quarto, era menor, por causa de um ornamento na janela, precisava cuidar para não bater a cabeça. Chuveiro excelente.

Great hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Some bits are looking a little tired, I guess maintenance is an ongoing job! The Indian breakfast was delicious!!

Nothing we didn’t like, just disappointing that the bar closed at 10:30 for residents and that a service charge was applied on top of your drinks.

The restaurant was excellent, and the restaurant staff were superb. I would highly recommend people go there to eat. The public rooms were impressive and well styled.

The check in was poor, the male receptionist was brusque and did not make us feel welcome. A very poor start to our 3 night 3 room stay. The bedrooms look directly into peoples apartments 2 mts away. This cannot be helped in a city but there were no voiles or screening to defect the view so the main curtains had to be closed in the day time which is not satisfactory. The rooms are very plain, verging on being clinical.
