Hotel was fab

Food in hotel cost for lunch and dinner was overpriced. Room service was not available when needed.

This hotel is new and perfectly nice. Rooms are specios, clean and neat. Towels and bed sheets were super clean and we were provided with some amenities/toileteies. They do provide you with hairdrier, iron, blankets and etc. The staff is amazing, friendly and very kind. They assisted us with the late check out with no extra charge(depends of availability). The hotel.is situated on 14min walking disance from Republic Square and 5min walking to the big churche. There is also a big supeermarket near by the hotel

The only thing that we didn't like is that there is no lift. They helped us with our begs and even gave us their nomber to contact them at any pint of time

cleaning of rooms is not everyday

everything was almost poor from the staff who was rude to the facilities of the hotel which was less than poor the room was too dirty smelling so bad

This place is so dirty, the sheet are stained, towels stinks and nothing clean

Staff has zero flexibility, very rigid. Noisy room, window and not doble glazig or has any sound proof means. Dirty, bed sheets were obviously not changed. room door let all noises go through, i heard all single conversations of any person passing by. Cleaning staff had a break outside my room, and they were extremely lousy people Reception staff, has zero knowledge of what customer experience and satisfaction means. I can keep going and let you know about the whole experience, but it i snot worse it to invest more time on this to be honest
