Everything The rooms were very dusty and the cleaner need to be told what to clean I was there for 9 days And not even once they cleaned the carpet,tables,windows The phone was very dirty and was not working at first , as well as the fridge,iron And they were cockroaches bathroom

The room is big

There should have been a microwave to eat the leftover food the next day

The breakfast and the restaurant staff are great.

No WiFi , No respond of the reception , the cleanness of the toilet are bad,the room smelly and full of hairs,the linens are smelly and dirty, the corridors are dirty ,No tissues,the cups and spoon are dirty and sticky,No information book in the room.

The prayer room is really good

It’s a bit far from the haram and during the last 10 days they stop the bus service and it becomes impossible to get to the haram

room and wash room very small . poor service whole night call room service also manager and emergency service not responded

food are fantastic, room very new, air conditioning is super

hotel bus shutter schedule is not reliable....they need to get a new contractor for that service...sometimes the bus driver just change his mind not going......and the bus sometimes did not pick us up at the other end station...and we had to use taxi..no choice

The shuttle bus not reliable...sometimes they did not take off eventhough they have the schedule just because the bus is not full ....and when you wait at the drop station...you will not be able to locate them...once i standby to find out why the bus cannot be located, i was surprise to see the bus actually making a u turn at the entrance of the dropby station because the driver doesnot wants to que at the station....cracy bus driver...i complaint to rhe front desk, the lady staff just brush me aside...

The room was very clean wide with many closets, design and color, toilets was excellent design. Toilet design was beautiful.

The toilet drainage , water was accumulating in the outside due to poor pavement to drew water to the drainage you need to provide a sweeper.

The people working in the lobby and the restaurant are tired from their work. There is no pation nor intresst. The rooms service is worthless. Have tried for couple of ours to get an order without luck the personel working in the breakfast (R floor) doesn't really know what a service mean. I was obligated to check-out earlier to another hotel All in all, This hotel can be of great level if they get the right people working for them

The room was with Ali of bugs so it was really hard to sleep peacefully as we always afraid of this bug to come in the bed that it happened

The breakfast was fantastic the head chef friendly and always welcoming us when ever he sees us around. He was very helpful and direct his workers to warm our food. Though our rooms not always attend to by the cleaners, we enjoyed our stay.

House keeping not really good

Breakfast was not good cleaning was very poor I think they don't clean corridors for months we stayed their for five days they did not clean my sons room when we ring reception they just hang up the phone and ignore
