The only missing thing was room refrigerator, otherwise location and price were great. Breakfast was great, many choices.

The hotel is immaculate , and I enjoyed the breakfast really nice. The staff was really good and pleasant from reception to the kitchen and room cleaning staff all great.

It's not good for Elderly parents as its on a hill was hard for my dad, who was in a wheelchair.

Premium quality hotel, spacious rooms, plenty of amenities provided and a clean bathroom - All the staff were polite and good natured - Delicious food in Sahtein restaurant + diverse breakfast options - We were missing a single bed in our room and they promptly provided one - Great location, within a few minutes of walking distance to Masjid al Haram

Some miscommunication with porters which delayed check out - Asked for powder milk over the phone but kept being transferred back and forth between departments and in the end didn't get it

Didn't have any breakfast next time maybe for more days

Checking in time should be organised for the people travelling long journeys the arrival time could be different from the checking in the hotel depending on the arrival they need to consider that not to be left out until checking in time it's difficult to find another way of accommodation

يبعد عن ساحات الحرم حدود 200 متر ولكن الفندق على منطقة مرتفعة قد يكون متعب للأشخاص الكبار ولكن الفندق يوفر عربة غولف تبدأ من 10 ص الى 10 م وأيضا يوفر (wheelchair) ويمكن الاستعانة بخدمات أي عامل لدفع العربة الى الفندق بمبلغ بسيط، لذا لايعتبر عائق موقع الفندق

We stayed in Hilton Makkah for 3 nights We upgraded to a suite with Haram views. The view was spectacular! Unfortunately we had arrived to the suite which was not completely cleaned and refreshed After our Umrah we were too exhausted to deal with the situation, so we left it to the next day, to express our concerns but when we did, we were very pleased with how quickly the situation was dealt with. Dude the cleaner did an amazing job We loved every minute after that and would most definitely stay again Checking in and out was very smooth Breakfast was really good with a great variety and the National day festivities were awesome!

النظافة وخدمات الغرف وموظف الاستقبال سليمان الشحيتان محترم ومبتسم ويريد حل اي مشكلة للضيف وبالفعل قدم لي ترضية حلويات وقهوة عربي وتمر وفاكهة لغرفتي في الفندق وهذا مثال للموظف الذي يحافظ علي مكان عمله ويريده ان يظهر بافضل صورة في التعامل مع الضيوف تليفوني في مصر 01060409595 هناء عيسي المحامية شكرا

الحسابات سيئة للغاية ومازالت مشكلتي معهم وسأرسل شكواي للمركز الرئيسي مشكلتي ملخصها انني حجزت عن طريق بوكينج والدفع عند الوصول بعملة البلد وهي الريال السعودي وصلت الفندق الساعة 12 الظهر لأتفاجأ بانه قد تم سحب مبلغ الحجز من بطاقتي البنك علما بان البنك الاهلي المصري ياخذ علي كل معاملة خارج البلد 5٪؜ مقابل تغيير العملة فلماذا تم الخصم وانا لم الغي حجزي ووصلت في يوم حجزي انتم تتعاملون مع عميل وليس مع لصوص ان لم احضر من حقك خصم مبلغ الحجز كاملا بلا تردد ما ذنبي ان ادفع رسوم زيادة تدبير عملة تليفوني موجود إيميلي موجود الاهتمام بالعميل والمحافظة عليه كانت تستوجب الانتظار حتي موعد الدخول وان لم احضر اخصموا بطاقتي الحمد لله حدها الائتماني كبير لن ألغيها عشان ليلة في فندق اتمني التواصل معي لمعرفة لماذا تم الخصم كما ان موظف الحسابات لم يقابلني رغم طلبي مقابلته لمعرفة الوضع وابلغني انه تم الخصم وانتهي الوضع لا نسترد المبلغ ولا نعوض العميل وحتي لا نقابله للتوضيح ملحوظة كان عندي لديكم حجز آخر اليوم التالي ودفعت قيمته نقدا بالريال السعودي خوفا من ان يتكرر خطأ الماليات عندكم ويتم خصمها من البطاقة تليفوني في مصر 01060409595 هناء عيسي المحامية شكرا

Accueil impeccable. Soulaimane et une fille de la réception nous ont offert un early Check in. Ils ont été efficaces car notre Oumra était à 10h00. Je tiens à leur remercier.

Le prix sans petit déjeuner c’est un peu l’arnaque car une semaine avant notre arrivée , ma sœur et son mari ont séjourné le même prix avec petit déjeuner. Je trouve scandaleux que ll’hotel charge des taxes entre 20 et 30% sur toute les services de l’hôtel : room service , cofee louange , Blanchisserie ect

Everything. Staff was incredible. Especially shahid ulla on the 10th floor who made our stay even that much better

الغرف واسعة ونظيفة ، الافطار ممتاز ومتنوع ، العاملين في المطعم ودودين وخدمتهم ممتازة خاصة الموظف طلال الله يسعده اشكر مديرة الفندق كانت قمة في الأخلاق والتعامل .

مكيفات الممرات كانت ماتشتغل، عدم تجاوب موظفي الاستقبال والتأخير في تلبيه الطلبات وكذلك تعامل موظفة استقبال المطعم كان سيء للغاية .

القرب الي الحرم والنظافة وامعاملة الطيبة من قبل الموظفين

Hôtel très propre, idéalement situé à proximité du Masjid Al-Haram. La chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le Haram. Je reviendrai inchAllah
