no coffee filters, washer or dryer, floors were nasty (not vacuumed). It was a scavenger hunt to find where to take the trash out, would be nice to have directions or a map.

WE liked the fact that it was easy to access the gondola or ski lift at River Run and the Keystone village. The hot tub was very nice!

It would be nice if there were two hand soap dispensers to wash hands. We only had 1 with about 3 tablespoons in it. Both of us being in the health care field and Covid-19 a health issue, a bacterial hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom would be an asset. It would be nice to have the closet be usable for the guests. Both of our closets in the bedroom were being used. The one that was unlocked was filled half way up with stuff and there were NO hangers. It would be nice to have a humidifier that worked. We used the one we found in the closet and ran it all weekend and it had the same amount of water in it. The wooden blinds on the sliding door to the outside balcony need to be restrung. There was no salt and pepper in the kitchen which seems a basic item when a kitchenette is offered.

Location, location, location! Our apartment was nice, but very very small for the price. We would stay at River Run again, but in a bigger apartment if available.

It’s beautiful! Our room needed some maintenance though. Light bulb out in bedroom, Faust in kitchen sink leaked. The apartment was very dark. There was not enough lights to see well. The worst part was the bed. We had an old broke down mattress and the fold out couch was just as bad.
