Great location near station.
Very friendly staff.
Breakfast was very tasty but was traditional Japanese which might not suit some guests.
Room is small but manageable if you have got lots of luggage.
Step into the bathroom and the bath/ shower was quite high.

Ontbijt is niet smaakvol en Japans georiënteerd,
Ontbijt wordt geserveerd in een soort veredelde snackbar ruimte naast het hotel,
Personeel welke ontbijt serveert onvriendelijk en niet service gericht,
Kamer van 11 vierkante meter voor twee personen erg (te) klein
Geen kluis op de kamer, je kunt bij de receptie enkele spullen in een enveloppe in een kluis laten doen.

Hotel is not far from Kyoto station and convenient. Rooms are rather small but well maintained and kept clean.
Fan in the bathroom was noisy and couldn't be turned off during the night.

The room was small but it’s typical of most Japanese hotel rooms. The bathroom is very small. Bed is super hard, difficult to sleep on.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, close to the station. Staff super friendly, we were able to store our bags on the check out day and had an umbrella borrowed on a rainy day
No coffee available in the room supplies, only tea. Water bottles have also not been re-supplied

Fantastic location close to Kyoto station and many food outlets. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
I’m aware this can’t be changed but there is a hospital close by to the hotel that ambulances enter and if you are a light sleeper like me, the sirens may wake you up.

The room was clean, and have everything needed for a great stay. It's accessible, just a 5 minutes walk from Kyoto Station. Have attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was great and definitely worth the price. As a solo female traveler, I totally recommend it.

The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station. Lawson right beside the hotel is really convenient for travelers who want to buy some food and drink in a few minutes. All the staffs here are really friendly and willing to help. Some staff cannot speak English but they'll try their best to understand customers' needs and support them. The staff can help you reserve a taxi at the appointed time. The service is really convenient for travelers who have pieces of luggage.

Check in and Check out was easy. The room was great. The bed was comfortable.
The USB port for the bed is broken . . . That's all.
