Security and stability

There is no reception for the customer, there is no general hygiene, and there are no services. The swimming pool is an hour a day at the time they want, not the customer. I pay an expensive amount a day for them to enjoy my day there. I leave before the end of the stay to enjoy

The condo is very nice

I'm retired and travel for a living The check-in was a nightmare as they didn't have us registered even though I paid in advance and had a confirmation number! We were given the wrong security code to get into our room plus the TV or internet didn't work. BOOKING.COM has a new policy of charging VAT as an extra charge even though this is ILLEGAL in the Philippines. I won't be returning to the resort or using booking.com again. Booking.com needs to learn to obey laws of the country they do business in and they need a customer email for feedback unless they don't want to hear from their customers. Unbelievable

Not much

We searched for and booked a unit with the washing machine because of expected 12 days stay. Upon check-in and to our big surprise the assined unit didn't have one. When we asked a caretaker about it she was giving all kind of explanations from machine being broken to the owner forgot to remove it from listing along with a picture of it even though they clearly advertise both with and without a washing machine units. Her only solution was for us to take clothes to self-service location outside the property or call a laundry service, that appears they also owned, but not offering a price adjustment due to the fact that comparable units without a washing machine being rented at rates about 2K PHP lower. Another issue was with the unit having roach infestation. Caretaker brought a spray but because the kitchen cabinets under the sink were locked and she didn't had the keys to unlock them it was impossible to apply it effectively.

It’s very handy to the shops and food shops, 5 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall. Feel so safe because guards kept roaming around the property and adjacent buildings. Owner also accommodated my request for my niece to join us without additional charge. friendly atmosphere all together. Thumbs up guys.

Could’ve provided more pillows but it’s still an excellent rating for me.

I enjoyed the pool I didn't enjoy the Jim because there wasn't one even though advertised as having one

The fact that there was no washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and iron board, clothes drying rack,toilet paper, oven, free toiletries, and only two towels. Room was advised as having all these items

The apartment has everything you need to stay even for long term. Next to SM mall and terminal and the sea is also close by. Our host was very helpful and friendly.

the trash can is super small. I could use a little bit of information on little things like garbage disposal, parking if I need one, pool access, pool towel.

they did not tell that we need to pay for another payment for the parking lot.

There is nothing to like

The guards and the agent are not coordinated with each other. We have our booking reserved but the guards have no idea with the bookings. No staff to help you through the check in and check out process, we had to wait outside the GATE of the condo for more than an hour and its noon time so just imagine how difficult it is specialy that we have our 1 year old daughter and we are all just waiting at the GUARDHOUSE. When finally they allow us to go in, the guards does not want us to park inside since the parking exclusive for our room reservation is outside the condo where no security can watch over our vehicle, the place was quite HUGE and theres plenty of parking spaces inside the perimeter but they insisted that we are not allowed to park inside. Just to avoid unecessary conflict with the security we decided to just let it go and just get on with it. BUT when we finally get inside our room it was horrible experience. The place was dusty, the lightings are not working properly, and they did NOT Even CHANGE the BEDDINGS of the BED. We ca still smell the perfume and the smell of the persons head who last used that ROOM. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! It was a good thing that my wife took the initiative to bring some linens and towels for us to use during our stay. If not we would have been sleeping with the same mattress of the last person who used it. And lastly the SWIMMING POOL it is cloudy as hell, they said they have a weekly cleaning of the pool which is on a monday, the following day when we decided to take a swim.. it was filled with insects and algae.. It WAS the worst!!! A piece of advise please avoid this condo. Find a cheap hotel rather than staying here. It is not worth it.
