Everything!
Room was big, bed comfortable, shower excellent.
But most of all there was microwave so you could Cook your own food, brilliant idea

arrived late and left early, so did not have breakfast, but room was very nice, comfy good bathroom and shower. Welcomed by Martin very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett.
Es gab zwar kein Frühstück und auch keine Snacks (wie von anderen Gästen beschrieben), aber es gab Tee und Milch sowie Wasser.
Gutes Essen im Inn in der Nähe (400 yards)
Kebap-Bus liegt auf der anderen Seite ca 1/2 Mile entfernt.
Es war ruhig in der Nacht, ein Bett war sehr bequem, das 2. Bett war leider unbequem (man spürte die Eisenfeder der Matratze)
Sauberes Bad
Sehr mühsame Anreise: Die Adresse ist nicht zu finden, wir mussten eine Stunde suchen, Hinweise des Vermieters gab es, funktionierten aber nicht. Navi fand es nicht, Google Maps fand es auch nicht usw. Vermieter empfahl über booking eine Erstattung zu beantragen. Er holte uns dann aber doch ab und leitete uns zum Haus (nicht als Hotel ersichtlich), das war sehr nett.
Dusch-Automat war sehr laut.
Müll hinter dem Schreibtisch und den Betten.

Booked a twin room for a quick stay with my mum The room was fab, very comfy beds good shower and even a fridge with fresh milk and bottled water which in my mind is a simple addition but rarely given in the supposedly best hotels in this country! And for a super price even a continental breakfast pack was included

But just FYI
I think the description for directions should advise guests not to take the Dummer Village turning when approaching from Basingstoke direction but just 200yds past this on the left a secluded (easily missed) track Could really use a sign on the main road.

Secluded place, lovely house, very clean, quiet area.
Friendly and professional host was patient with giving directions
I was not able to say goodbye or thank you as reception area was not clearly signposted.

No breakfast. Some pastries cereals milk but I'm gluten intolerant! Nice room. Spacious. But over boiler. Noise not noisy.
Room was Warm. With good radiator. En suite was freezing. No heating. Shower hot getting dry after had icicles on it. (It was -6 degrees outside tho)

Very easy to find local pub serving good food well within walking distance. Hosts very friendly our room was very clean and quite luxurious fir a b&b
If any gripe it would have to be the breakfast there is no full English it is only coco pops or rice crispies with a very sad chocolate au pain served in your room. Fir 2 adults a more grown up cornflakes or muesli would have been better. Rice crispies and coco pops are for children not adults.

If I had to give them a number, it's 100, it's super clean, the hosts are very welcoming, the house is extraordinarily beautiful, the linen on the bed smells clean. Yes, they deserved all the money. Extraordinary beautiful. Thank you Elena

Breakfast supplies were good cereal, porridge, orange juice,milk, coffee and tea. Supplies were in room and there was a mini fridge.

Breakfast unusual - do-it-yourself. Fridge and Microwave in room. Several items such cereal, instant porridge, orange juice, milk, coffee, choice of teas supplied. We were very happy with this.
General furnishing to very good standard.
Needs signage at turnoff from main road and at property. Was glad I had rehearsed arrival on Google Streetview.

Perfectly located in an area with very few accommodations. Easy check-in and comfortable room. Greatly appreciated the in-room breakfast items. Don’t miss the nearby Sun Inn gastropub.

Lovely place to stay with friendly staff. Comfortable and clean, good location just far enough away from main road not to get disturbed by traffic
Parking was very tight for my Grand Scenic and it was easy to miss coming off the dial carriageway.

Location was good, room was very clean and tidy, nice shower and comfy bed. Martin, who booked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
Difficult checking out. No-one available to check us out - eventially the sister of the owner had to ring the owner to get someone to take the money for our stay and check us out.
