Localización, facilidad para gestionar toures

No te dan opción para alquilar otro Tuc Tuc que el que tienen en la puerta, pedí cambio de habitación a la planta de arriba y fue imposible, el agua de la ducha huele a huevo los primeros 5’ y las paredes tienen un aspecto sucio, la habitación tiene muy poca iluminación, solo cabe una cama (por lo que hay poco espacio), no esta incluido el desayuno y para Ema servicio que dan es muy caro

No internet for 2 days. When we asked why they Said it was because of the weather LOL (everybody else in town had internet). Cockroaches and a mouse were spoted by US wondering in one of the rooms (cockroach) and in front of the rooms on groundfloor (both).

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The male owner really is genuinely enthusiastic about his country and takes a great interest in where you're going/have been in the country. We went to our next place late the day we checked out but they were more than accommodating in letting us leave our bags there all day and even shower. Good value for money on the rooms, and a nice garden area to lay on hammocks and chill by the koi pond.

Very loud hostel nearby and the rooms are quite small.

Great location right next to popular Frendz hostel where you can go for drinks and mingle with other backpackers if that’s your kind of thing. Short walk to restaurants and bars.

No complaints.

The location was really good. We walked almost everywhere. Near money change, restaurants and beach. Hotel was very cozy and sweet and clean. Ray was super sweet and friendly i really appreciate his hospitality and all employees was nice and sweet. Bathroom also clean and hot water was works as well. I stay again if i go again❤️

Front of hotel was super noisy at nite. If you are not party person then better use ear plugs.

Unfortunately the weather was awful during our time in El Nido which limited what we could do. Fortunately, the hotel was clean, comfortable and lovely to be in. The chill areas are lovely, lots of games to play and good WiFi. Free water. And, free coffee/tea in the mornings until 11am. You can buy soft drinks/beers from front desk and they put it on your tab. Rey was particularly helpful to us during our stay, he was so kind and friendly and helped us to organise our boat tour (which we never made it on as it was cancelled twice due to weather!!). The resident cat is also a bonus, if you like feline friends. Would stay again.

The WiFi in our room wasn’t great. The hostel opposite is noisy, the music itself we slept through (the rain was so heavy maybe it drowned it out a bit). However, we were woken up at 1am by a drunken couple from the hostel having an argy-bargy in the middle of the road 😒🤬
