1. The location is ideal right in the center of Georgetown close to eateries and attractions
2. The hotel facilities are homely with ample of freedom accessing to kitchen, dining hall, drinking corner with reasonably good view
1. The aircon noise was terrible
2. The security is of a concern as no one is available at night.

The employees were very kind and amible. From asking us in advance about personal requests to organizing spontaneous transports they were helpful and uncomplicated. The rooms were lovingly furnished and the establishment was very clean. We especially enjoyed their little roof top retreat, though were many other comfortable little corners to relax. The location was spot on, being in the middle of several bars and clubs to hang out at night and at the same time not far from little india or the chinese neighbourhood. The bus station was just outside the door, so travelling to places further away was easy. Will definitely come back here.

Everything in this warm place is special. Exceptional reception. To cleanliness and arrangement. The place is very modern. Feel like you're staying at home. Our booking has been upgraded by the staff. Thank you very much to the very friendly staff. The place is downtown... Deserves more than five stars

it's clean, got Netflix, the ambience was nice, calm. bed was comfortable.
water pressure not so strong. no bidet. really not suitable for Muslim. we need to buy out small pot to wash our *** and no door for toilet only covered with curtain. when someone doing their business in the toilet, can hear and smell. really uncomfortable. not easy to get parking.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. When I told them it was my mums birthday they upgraded us to the suite for free! An additional kind gesture was that they gave my mum a birthday present, wrapped up so nicely. They gave us a glass of red wine on arrival too (birthday treat). Great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, lovely plants and furniture. Location is right next to the main streets.

the staying environment is very comfortable and really able to enjoy here..
All facilities are good to use. i like the design for the room layout. all staffs are friendly and willing to provide best services. They greets you when they meet you which is so surprising.
High security because the door password will be given to those stay in only. The door is locked always. We do not need to worry anyone will be entering there.
Highly recommended.
the tv unable to access internet, but staff there already try their best to solve, and giving something in return, which i think their service is good.
mosquitoes fly around, but we manage to 'kill' them, maybe can spray around before guest stay-in
If we back to hotel, we might worry for the parking area as it is public parking. Overall is good to stay.

✅ We got a free upgrade to a really good room - sizeable room with a sitting area outside the room
❌ Room facilities - No place to put toiletries in the shower area, no toothbrush / shaving kits provided

❌ No pool - pictures advertised are misleading. It's not a pool. It's a dipping tub.
❌ Hotel is opposite a mosque so we were awaken by the call for prayer early in the morning

They upgraded us to a larger room. It was so spacious, modern, clean and beautiful art work. Best of all the air con was on point!!!!!
The location is the best in Georgetown. Only a few short steps from Love Lane and speakeasy bars/cafes. But not too close so great night sleep with no noise issues.

The rooms we booked were spacious,
clean and nice. Location is fantastic. but beware, some false advertising.
The photos for this hotel are misleading. there is a tiny plunge pool. There is no swimming pool as shown in the pictures. When we asked the staff and property manager, they very clearly deflected about the swimming pool shown in photos and acted as though they had no idea what we were referring to. We stayed 4 nights and had to request room cleaning after 3 nights. this hotel is not worth the price we paid given all the other options available in Georgetown; despite its great location.

The location is strategic. The interior design is cool.
Water pressure is low, water is not really hot for shower. The floor in shower area is marble, it can be very slippery. There's mosquito and lizard in room. The cleanliness in room can be improved. Parking rebate is only for 1 day for 2 days stay.

The location is in the midst of the town, so it's quite convenient for us to get what we want, especially the food! The room is very comfy and clean. The staffs are very friendly and nice! Remember to visit the awesome balcony of the hotel!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a great location, a half block from the coolest bars and restaurants and the main attractions of Georgetown like the Art Street

We enjoyed a lot our stay at tien hôtel. The service was amazing and we would like to thank Gary for his hospitality . The decoration is really nice and the location just perfect.
