The view was gorgeous - to walk in takes your breath away. Was quiet and dark in the back bedroom.

To sleep in the front room would have been a bit noisy for adults.

Well, pictures don’t give it justice. The view is amazing. Location amazing. Large apartment, very well equipped. 2 bathrooms. Nice little touches like a bottle of Prosecco on arrival.

It’s very difficult to sleep in the living room - noise from the canal is quite serious so ear plugs necessary. However, the main bedroom is great and quiet and sofa bed in the middle room also comfortable and less noisy.

Water view

Directions weren’t as good as they could be. Zoom out map would be easier. We were walking all around with bags trying to find it when it was very close to the taxi station. A better map would resolve this problem

It was a wonderful appartment with an extraordinary view - it was a pleasure to stay there! Getting the key was very easy and our host provided all the information needed directly, morerover we also got the name of a pasticceria very close by making perfect italian sweets! We are looking forward to come back again! After arrival we took a wooden taxi boat from the car parking lot which took us directly to the pier infront of the appartment which made the arrival even more special - I would recommend to do so!

Very nice place to stay in venice!

We loved everything about the place - check-in was a breeze, ideally located (right off of a water bus stop), vibe was cozy and family friendly...every detail was perfect for our family of 8.

Very very minor detail but the only thing I can think of - extra bath towels would have been nice.

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views of Canal Grande. Very comfortable, with two bathrooms and exactly at the stop of the vaporeto. It was wonerful, thank you.
