We booked the villa for a stag do and it was incredible. The villa is as nice as the pictures, if not better. The villa was also a lot bigger than we thought and there’s plenty of rooms. I would highly recommend staying there for both small and large groups. We spent the majority of our time in the villa using the pool and didn’t get bored! The team are extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. They prepared meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for us and the food was very tasty, all freshly cooked and prepared on the day. The host, Jamila in particular was outstanding from the start, even before we got to the villa Jamila helped us with general questions, travel arrangements and local taxis as well as recommendations. Jamila was very responsive, before and during our stay and was always around to help. I would highly recommend staying at villa if you’re visiting Marrakesh. It is about 20mins from the city centre but taxis can be arranged for any time and they work around you. It’s totally worth it and was one of my best trips!

The service at this villa was outstanding! The staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The host ensured everything was perfect for when we arrived and kept in close contact! The food was excellent and we had a lot of choices. The price was really good for the amount of food. It was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be staying at this villa again should we visit Marrakech.

The villa is very big. Everything is very clean. Very large rooms with air conditioning or heating and scented. The decoration is very beautiful. The garden area, the pool and the jacuzzi is wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very good and at a good price. We forgot a suitcase in the villa and we called and they brought it to the airport quickly and free of charge. Of my 13 trips to Marrakech it is the best I have been on by far. I recommend it 100%...

The only thing we didn't like is that we only stayed for 1 day and we would have loved to stay and live in it... WONDERFUL!!!

Staying at Palais Ambrine was truly amazing. The villa is huge, very comfortable and clean. We have been there for 3 days with a group of 13 people for a bachelor party and really enjoyed the pool area with music, the garden, jacuzzi, large rooms ... a big thank to Jamila and Hasna who helped us in organizing the entire trip, booking the best restaurants in the city for dinner, Nikki beach at the very last minute, quad tour in the desert and much more. Also wanted to thank the whole staff of the villa as they have been so kind with us: villa always super clean and the Moroccan food (we had breakfast and lunch at the villa, highly recommended) was delicious. Last but not least Abdul and his team: the best drivers in the city, always available and super safe drivers!

The facilities were perfect, very spacious. As there was 13 of us in the villa, it didn’t feel as if we were on top of each other. The chefs were on hand at all times, whether you wanted a quick snack or a full meal, they were always there. As well as this, they made sure the villa was always clean and fresh towels were always given. Jamilia greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour around the villa. As soon as we had had settled in, the chefs prepared a chicken tajine/Vege tajine meal for the group to enjoy!

Not really a negative but the location is about 25-30 mins away from the main areas, but this is expected from a villa in a remote area.

Lots of space, big pool, great driver

The staff kept taking away the primary items we were using and we constantly had to ask them to be returned because they were using them at a property next door. The removed Items included two pool lounge chairs , non- stick frying pan, face towels and/or hand towels for the guest toilet , wine opener and even the internet router. I had to request a hairdryer because evidently the last guest took the only one for an 8 bedroom house, They also used our kitchen to prep food for another villa next door that was owed by the same person. It was very annoying to hear people talking or a blender roaring when we were trying to take a short nap on the living room sofa. We would have used the living room in the adjoining building, but the internet didn’t work over there. If you stay here, just be prepared for noise and no privacy.

Palais Ambrine was perfect for our group of 10 - spacious, lovely and super attentive hosts. Ideal for complete relaxation. Although isolated, it was just what we wanted to get away and it wasn’t too far from the centre if you feel like trekking off site. Would recommend booking meals as they were always delicious and the poolside massages were wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

Not a negative, just a recommendation, stop by a Carrefour on the way to the property to pick up snacks/ drinks that might want during your stay as it is very isolated and there is nothing nearby, which isn’t entirely clear on the website.
