Beautiful hotel full of character, looks like a 5 Star hotel inside.
Staff helpful and rooms clean
TV Channels worked well.
Air con good.
Breakfast was nice with good choices between Continental and American.
The shower water went onto the bathroom floor. The WiFi wasn't strong and didn't connect or dropped out too often

Mostly like the people as working good and hard for a low income,,☺️2-breakfast was okay 👌 3-you are safe in the elevator 🛗 but not outside of the hotel 🏨 and specially at dark-night time,,! 😊
This hotel located near a motor-or three cycle parking 🅿️ and the driver doing “pipi “ there at midnight,, very bad smell when you cross the road,!? AND the WIFI is really very slowly and broken even 1-2 minutes in the whole hotel area, Cause I stayed there 11 nights.. Hopefully I had my 35 GB free Europe-internet with myself and could use it for personal use.? ✌🏼😀

The hotel is nicely decored, the staff helpful, and it is very clean. it is great value considering that breakfast is included, albeit not a very large breakfast ... it is good enough.
The only thig that I kinda dont like, si that this is my 2nd stay and both times I got a room without a window ... there is a window, but the shutters cannot be opened and I assume it is a false window.

An old stylish hotel which I liked a lot. Good service and very clean.
Staff was very helpful and fresh breakfast that you choose from a menu so no buffet where you don't know how long the food been there.
The location is great for going anywhere in Metro Manila

the overall look is different than most modern hotels. comfortable bed. bathtub included. different staycation experience. complimentary breakfast. nice decor.
hard to book grab cars. for some reason when location is pinned it ends up in a nearby condo. wifi is faulty.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and nice. The staff were friendly and approachable. The food is excellent, too. I love it here 😻

Hotel did many things beyond expectation, very elegant, clean, great location, etc.
What really impacted me was the Wi-Fi never really seemed to work. Also some little odd things like the AC was hard to control, and the light in the closet would not turn off.

The staff are just amazing, so welcoming and happy to do anything for you. I could not fault them once. The facilities are more than sufficient for this kind of hotel and the privacy is amazing given its only a 40 room hotel.

Location was good and staff were very nice.
Water pump above room kept making noises all night. After we moved to the second floor room, we got 6-7 mosquito bites each night and had to constantly kill them.

location, the room was clean and well appointed also spacious, staff was very corteous and professional
the towels needs to be replaced with new ones. seems like its been in service for a few years! the linens also need to be replaced at least every 6 months just to give it a fresh vibe. that was all i could see that needed a mention.

Didn’t love the location. They weren’t able to bring our 2 year old toddler a bed despite initially confirming they could accomodate

The location is really good and it's easy for us to go around.
The air conditioning unit is located very low and right next to the bed. It causes a lot of discomfort.
