The room was very spacious for four guests and the separating wall was very convenient between 2 sides. Heating and cooling worked very well.

The stairs to negotiate between shared bathroom facilities and the room was a bit inconvenient.

cannot describe how amazing the hostel owner is. we were stranded 15 min away without a running bus and he came and picked us up in his car. truly an amazing person who cares about the hostel guests and it shows through in the quality of the hostel

Very nice facilities, including the room, the common room and the shared shower room and toilet, for which we never had to wait. Great location close to Gora station. But the best part was the staff who helped us book dinners and gave great recommendations, besides being extremely friendly.

My staying in this guest house was wonderful, its location is perfect just near Gora station. the staff was so friendly and speaks perfect English. he also gave us good recommendations where to spend our time. The toilet and bath are clean and they provide all the necessary amenities. if I go to hakone again I will definitely consider staying there again. so highly recommended.

Very cosy and comfortable, spotlessly clean, with really nice communal areas. I did not catch the staff member's name but he was really friendly and helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The location is very close to Gora station, so it is great for exploring the Hakone area.

The staff were very friendly and took the initiative to help us with our luggage and share the surrounding information with us. The rooms and toilets are clean and the view from the window is beautiful.

The reception desk is on the third floor, and heavy luggage will be a small hassle
