Super nice family! Great communication beforehand. Mum couldn't speak nor understand that much English. But that was absolutely no issue. The kids were of great help and the most important things she understands. Everything was in walking distance. You can reach the beaches, supermarkets, city center and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The view was awesome as it is located up the hill. Parking lot within property. Room, kitchen and bathroom were great equipped.

This place and family is amazing. They are really here to help you. The children speak English very well so we could easily communicate. If we asked anything, they solve or answered it immediately and helpfully. They are really good hosts. It is a maintaned house, the apartments have big balconies and normal bathroom with separted shower. There is a washing masching that is available for the guests which was very useful. WIFI works properly. For us the location was perfect as it is located in a quite area at the end of the city but in a walking distance to everything, max 5-10 min to café, bakery, restaurants, shops.

The kitchen equipment is a bit low but everything worked very well so it is not a disadvantege and easily managable if you want cook only for few times.

Lovely little place to stay just off the beaten track, in the quieter part of ksamil. The owners were great and eager to make sure everything was just right. With free use of the washing machine being a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was great value for money with everything you could want for and need. We would definitely recommend Summer Dreams to anybody thinking of staying in Ksamil. It really was a pleasure and we hope to return one day 😊

Very bad internet and no place for clothes

Summer Dreams appartment was everything we could have asked for our stay in Ksamil. The house has a great position, located near the center of the Town and all the principal beaches. The appartment was clean and cozy. The hosts were super kind and helpful. We recomend Summer Dreams to anyone

Good place for short time

They Helped find the place when I called.

It would take an hour to tell about this horrible place. No warm water to shower. We asked the landlord to fix something and she acted like we were going to hurt her. If you are scared of your customers need to close down hotel. We asked nice and she completely lost it. We never experienced that kind of behavior from a hotel. We did not feel safe. So left even though we still had more nights. Of all my travels did we ever in counter this. The wife of this place. Should not be in this business. Your working with people everyday. The toilet leaked and milk in teapot. Far from beaches and restaurants. Need car if staying here. Will never return rather sleep in a tent. Very disappointed. Worst hotel in a my years of traveling. Don't stay here unless you're crazy.

Everything was perfect! Location, apartment, wi-fi, people…

I would absolutely recommend picking Summer Dreams as your place to stay if you're vacationing in Ksamil. The family running it were super helpful, hospitable and gracious. The owner even came to pick us up where the bus left us and on our last day drove us to the bus again, no extra charge and was kind and friendly. The family were delightful in general with that humility of family run businesses. The place was very clean and spacious and quite lovely while at the same time surprisingly cheap for a studio apartment with a large balcony with a view of the sea. The yard is gorgeous, full of flowers and even tropical trees that grew right into the balcony. It was perfect for us that it was a walkable distance from several beaches, while also far enough from the noise of the town. It was very private as well and they showed nothing but generosity and perfect manners, even asking us about our sunburns (or rather my boyfriend's who finds sunscreen icky :D ). I'm looking forward to returning there next summer! 10/10 recommend!

We liked everything, the hosts are kind, their children are wonderful. Ksamil is beautiful, the beaches are beautiful.
