I can say that it was clean and well operational.

They had new chairs they had just bought and unfortunately for me I was the to be the first person to test their capacity on receiving human guests. So While my sister was taking pictures of me as we where going for a wedding ceremony, sitting on one of these chairs of infortune one it’s iron leg happened to get bent.So I was forced to get my caution fee retained so this worried me a lot. One of the employees really made me feel bad the way he misinterpreted what I told him to his hierarchy. A very wicked person

I like the location and security of the place. Very good customer service and comfortable bed.

The location is superb, right beside a junction to get taxis or bikes. Rooms and living areas were spacious and breakfast was delicious.

A lot of the problems we had with the customer service at this property stemmed from not being able to communicate with them. Last time I checked Cameroon is a bilingual country so I was and still am very disappointed that being English only speakers it was a struggle for my friends and I to communicate with the staff because none of them specifically at reception were fluent in English. For the love of Cameroon, hire bilingual staff at reception!
