It is very big and it’s definitely a palace! Staff are very friendly and helpful, really nice food and beautiful design.
Unfortunately they were working on refurbishment in the outside pool/ bar so I could not access during my trip. Also you have to request access to the spa with at least 12 hours notice before use which is a bit tricky.

Everything was okay!
No swimming Pool, and No compensation for this Obstruction. Was not pleasant at all!

Clean room, attentive staff, good water pressure. Located in a part of town that has decent restaurants, though there are better areas to stay in Douala.
Pretty pricey for the location

Breakfast was really good. Staff specially front desk is very helping and polite. Location is good for business in Douala.
WIFI is really bad. Swimming pool was under construction. Gym is very small and food is very expensive. Overall cost too as compared to amenities and room size is very very high. Housekeeping is average.

I was trying out this hotel for the first time. I knew it was there and had bypassed it for the competition. I just wanted to it out once. I was amazed. It is adopted as my hotel in Douala.
Everything was just as it should be. The staff at the reception was really very friendly and helpful. Diner and breakfast experiences were fantastic. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The location was great. Middle of the city center which made it easy to travel anywhere.
That our elevator was out of order...we had to walk around to get to our room each day.

Acoustic isolation: my room was on the road side and I always got the noise from outside. It wasn’t critical but it is a possible improvement
