Properly is Deeply in the heart of business. It makes mouvement around the town easy

The room was spacious enough, staff were friendly from the driver who picked me up at the airport to the security guards , bellman and the amazing reception team.
Personally for me, the number of towels in the room could be increased.
Should try and add more items in the fridge inside the room even if they are chargeable it's very okay.

Hotel is quite modern and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the concierge Emmanuelle who gave us a kind welcome. Breakfast is very good.
WiFi service was ok, not really suitable for working other than emails (VPN connections were really slow)

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, from the highly efficient manager texting to let us know our room was ready and to inform us of the restaurant's options, to her staff going above and beyon their call of duty helping me reunite with my forgotten mobile phone, I couldn't praise them enough. Though we ended up eating somewhere else, we stopped by the cool hotel bar for a night cap, and were once again pleased by the politeness and friendliness of our servers.

I loved the security and the friendly hospitality of the entire staff let by Emmanuelle the guest relations specialist. she was exceptional.

The room was quite are and well furnished
.The drain of my shower was clogged and when. I showered my room almost flooded . A technician was later sent by the receptionist to unclog the drain and clean up the excess water on the floor

The quality of the this hotel was far below expectations.
The variety of food (breakfast as well as my dinner) served did not meet my expectations and the service was poor as it took very long time to get the dinner. I even found this to be poor value for my money. Even worse is the fact that the bathroom was crowded with cockroaches and the shower was leaking so there came water all over the bathroom. I am NOT coming back to this hotel!

The staff of at the Hotel were really helpful and friendly. The food there was very delicious.. I would definitely recommend the fish soup. Freshly made Natural fruit juices etc Our room was well cleaned.

Less value for money, the day one of those under construction hotel open for business in Douala; hotel la falaise will loose 40% at least of existing clients

The customer service was excellent and the staffs were extremely nice and very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and everyone was welcoming.
