The full kitchen is incredibly useful. All the facilities you'd need, especially for a longer stay. There is a sofa bed as well as a double bed which is really handy for a group of friends or two couples. The location is a bit intimidating but the neighbours were really nice.

The whole apartment was dotted with mystery stains, including the carpet, cushions, walls and even radiator. When I opened the sofa bed, there were still crumbs and dirt on it from a previous guest. The bedroom door didn't close. The spare duvet was dirty. The cups and dishes hadn't been properly washed. There were big cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom so it can't have been cleaned in a while. To the owner, please just clean the place! There's nothing wrong with the apartment itself and the location isn't even the problem - just clean it.

We were ment to be in another apartman, but that was basically a construction site, which we only got to know after calling our contact from the given address at 10pm Sunday. He diverted us to another flat which was in an even worse area, about a mile away. The property was awfully cold. the bathroom was falling apart everything was covered in mould, the floor was sticky too. The bed was so uncomfortable that I chose to sleep on the floor instead. There was parking for residents only and no internet connection at all, even the mobile signal was awfully week. Over the last night someone smashed the window of the car that was parking next to ours. I looked out the window at the back of the flat and it was barbed wire on the opposite gardens wall....not surprised at all. I should have read the reviews from previous victims.

Everything, it is nothing like the photos show, there was not enough room to sleep, it was dirty, the tv didn’t work, the WiFi didn’t work, the plates and cutlery were dirty, the beds were dirty

It's a decent size, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well most of the time. The TV worked well and had Netflix.

Location was depressing - it's a poor, quite rough area with many boarded-up shops. Also a flyover to negotiate, which is unpleasant on foot. I had to clean the studio thoroughly when I arrived - carpets and tiles were grimy, there were hardened lumps of soap stuck to the mirror, taps and basin, slimy soap on the shower soap dish, and fairly similar throughout. None of the 4 burners on the hob worked, they seemed to have been disconnected (the listing does not list a hob but the picture shows one). Washing machine only did the 'quick wash' cycle but it took 2 hours each time. Moderately noisy most days and evenings, very noisy a few times, which caused a picture to fall off the bathroom wall. The day I arrived and 2 other days I was harassed by 3 separate people shouting at me that someone called Ben owed them 40.00 forty pounds and I had to pay it because he lived in the studio, which one of them accurately described to me. One of these people spoke threateningly to me, and they all shouted. There were some other issues that I tried to raise with the manager (who said his name was Tony). He agreed to meet me outside the studio on Friday 17th Jan. (after I had left early on 15th January) but he did not turn up. When I phoned him he said a friend had had a road accident - if so, he could surely have let me know that while he waited in A&E but he didn't bother. He did confirm the host would not be charging me for damage etc, e.g. for the picture that fell off the wall and he said he would confirm this by text and by email - but nothing arrived. Additionally, the host seems to still be charging me for ongoing accommodation - which I did not book and was not told would happen. All in all, very disappointing and unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. A great shame as the studio is a decent size and it could have been ok despite the bleak area.
