The location was perfect, the apartment is exactly as described. A loft bed above a kitchenette with lots of space to sit.
Bathroom is a little bit small but wasn't an issue for us
Breakfast outside the door each morning.
Lovely walking distance from town (about 10/15mins) or a short walk to the tram lines
I liked it all l. Great apartment for the price.
It was perfect for us but if you had mobility issues maybe don't book as you need to use a ladder to access the bed

It is very convenient for all Tram lines.
Numerous restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Supermarket/ off-licence 3 minutes walk away.

This was perfect for our needs. It was a large unit, like an apartment, which was welcome after small hotel rooms. Great location - very walkable to everything. Very clean! Super well stocked kitchen. We LOVED the basket of breakfast goodies left outside our door every morning, stocked full of juice, fresh pastries, bread, jams, yogurt, coffee, tea, and eggs to cook in the unit. That was awesome!
The owners are very responsive, with detailed instructions about everything. Super helpful!
The bed is in a loft, up a ladder. Maybe not for everyone, but we thought it was fun.

it was very quirky, with lots of charm. An original French townhouse with original features, very close to the river front, tram stops and lots of bars and restaurants.
There was no outside space or balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay in this B&B. The hosts are available and reactive. The studio itself is very cosy, has some charm and is well equiped. We had everything we needed for a short stay and the flat was spotless. Everything is explained in French and in English which is a nice touch. The breakfast delivered at your doorstep is such a nice idea. It is convenient, nice and a good feed to be prepared to discover Bordeaux. You can also leave your suitcase on the departure day to be free to visit which was very handy. Very good value for money and a nice experience!

The location is great, in a quiet street in the old town and the apartment is simply great. The breakfast is really good and on time every morning. The hosts live in the building but you are not in contact with them and you have your privacy which is great.
The WiFi was disconnecting every once in a while but not really an issue.

The location is great, Cécile and Gregory are amicable and helpful. The room is quite spacious for such a central location. There is a great little kitchen in case you wanna cook something.
The beds are up high and far away from the window, so it got somewhat hot at night. Given that it was winter the airconditioning could, understandably, not be set to cool, only to warm, this left us with no option to cool the room any further. This was a bit of an inconvenience.

Great location, cozy apartment amb very helpful owners. The breakfast is great!
The toilet is quite small, and also the shower, what makes it a bit uncomfortable.
The bedsheets were a bit rough, but it is something that can be easily improved.

Everything was clean and it was a well supplied unit. The breakfast basket was perfect in the morning. The bed was very comfortable. Location was good. A short walk to the train station which is what I needed.
The shower is very narrow ~ don't drop the soap! Haha

The decor, the location in middle of cool part of town (right by the St Michel church), the fact there are very decent cooking facilities included which is quite unusual for a b&b!
The wifi signal was quite weak for some reason. Breakfast was fairly repetitive each day but perfectly tasty.

Kind and helpful hosts.
Apartment is perfectly located in the vibrant and charming neighbourhood of St Michel within a 10-minute walk from both the train station and the historic city centre.

Great location - easy walk to transport, city centre, restos + bars. The hosts were incredibly accommodating an friendly (allowed us to leave our suitcases at the property the morning we arrived and the afternoon before we left before and after check in). Fantastic little simple breakfasts!
The bed (located on the mezzanine) got very hot at night, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep.
To be very picky - pillow cases did not seem to be ironed before our stay and there were some crumbs on the couch when we arrived.

Breakfast was very complete, the room is super stilish and clean. The bed on the mezzanine wasn't an issue for as and it was actually very comfortable.
The neighborhood is awesome, full of nice restaurants (Mimosa was my favourite) and markets but still on a quite street and very close to the station.

When you first arrive you can see that everything in that room is made with love and taken care of. We haven’t had any problem with the check in/ check out. The owners are very nice and they’ll solve any problem you might have.
The breakfast is delicious and very complete.

The bed is on a mezzanine accessed by a ladder and has a very low roof. Not suitable for anyone who is not very agile.
