Everything! The location, comfort, cleanliness, and had everything we needed. Was easy to make a meal, had good ventilation and heating - Overall a very lovely and comfortable stay. It was easy to check in and check out, we didn’t have any issues.

Location was great, apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Had a great experience staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment right in the heart of Lucerne. You can literally step out the door and walk a few minutes to the iconic Chapel bridge. The reception was communicative and accommodated an earlier check-in. I worked from the apartment during the day, so the apartment's great WiFi connectivity was very welcome. All in all, we had a great experience, would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect!

Very limited on things in the space. No baking pans, the cooking pans are teflon and flaking and need to be replaced, no kitchen sink towels, limited cooking utensils. The kitchen appliances themselves are great and there is an Aldi down the street so making meals at home was fun. There is a tax that was charged at our arrival that we did not anticipate so budget for that.

The location is fantastic, just a stone away from everything you need. The receptionist is very efficient and accommodating!

Clean and Tidy, Great location. Simple self check in process.

The size of the room and variety of cooking utensils were great. There was a full size fridge and freezer. The beds were very comfortable. Everything felt very nicely clean. Management is super quick to respond via Whatsapp and really try to meet your needs.

One of the main selling points was access to the kitchen but there was no salt, pepper, or oil which is also basic to any kitchen. There was also no shampoo and conditioner and the tub didn’t fill. They had a laundry room in the building but charged 15CHF (2-3kg of clothes) for them to do it and then forgot to give the clothes back, when we retrieved it ourselves we noted they use regular detergent (EXTRA brand). I would’ve appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities myself for a more reasonable fee particularly since I had a baby with me and prefer to use gentle detergent.

beautiful and perfect location

Excellent location, close to the train station and the old city with easy access to all tourist attractions. Staff super friendly and very responsive to customer needs. Apartament very well maintained with everything you need already set for you. Beautiful room and TV with high speed internet connected. I was positively surprised and strongly recommend.

Nothing negative worth mentioning

we like it very much. my kids enjoyed the entertainment and the house fit well for 7 of us. very close to the shops and best part, 3 minutes walking distance to our cheese fondues shop.

The house are big and clean. Located near to shops and near to bus station.

All ok except we have to carry our luggages via old road (non tarred) which we find quite difficult.

The apartment was cold as the heating was turned off.
