Awesome location, great hospitality and welcoming attitude of the host.

Cleaning should be more regular. Having pair of fresh towels and toiletries would be a welcoming change.

Fabulous clean and well equipped studio apartment, in great location with easy walk to train station, bus and boat terminals. Studio had all we needed for a comfortable short stay and it was great to have access to washing facilities. Christian and Patricia were wonderful kind and helpful hosts, very quick to provide support.

Location is very close to the train station. The room is a super big, very homey and the cozy. The staff is helpful and friendly, Thanks to Valentina,Patricia and Christian again.

Everything was perfect - the location, the clean and spacious room, and, of course, the friendly host! Patricia is a great and lovely host -she gave us a lot of useful information and advice on what to visit, and answered all of our questions. Great to be received with such a warm welcome. We definitely recommend this place and we would be very happy to go there again! :)

After traveling for one week staying at hotels, we were glad that we booked this apartment in Luzern. The managers Christian and Patrizia provided warm welcome with new year card and a nice bottle of sparkling!! The apartment has excellent location, close to old town and train station. Also, it gave us opportunity to wash a few clothes, and cooked breakfast a few times. It provided free public transport card. Overall we had a very comfortable few nights celebrating the New Year in Luzern.

Our hosts were the best possible ever. Very easy to communicate with and they really made our stay very pleasant.

The host, Christian, was exceptional. The property was brilliant, with a stock of cooking supplies and essentials in the apartment. The location was very nearby Lake Lucerne, the train station and City Centre. Shoppes, souvenirs and transportation nearby. The visitor card received provided free wifi and local bus transport if one wanted to avail of this.

Very close to all sights, the lake, boats and railway station. It is an easy walking to reach anything on foot. I had stayed in Appartement Hofquariter 2 years ago. I had benn absolutely satisfied then that is why I returned again. This time I had a different appartman but it was perfect to. The appartman was a bit closer to the street and was a bit noisier then the one I had stayed earlier. I am an extremely light sleeper so I kept the windows closed at night as well. The weather was very hot, but luckily there was a fan so it was not a problem. If Luzern then Appartement Hofquartier is to stay for me.

Superb clean apaattment. Great location. Equipped with kitchenette and necessary equipment, just bring some seasoning of your choice. Its really convenient and apartment staffs were so helpful!

It was quite near to the Lucerne station being ease for travellers. The apartment felt like coming to home. The best hospitality we have received during our stay in Switzerland.

Very comfortable and spacious one bedroom just outside the tourist center of Lucerne. Run by a wonderful family and staff, the owner personally brought me a missing chopping board and shared his family’s favorite (and more affordable) nearby Italian restaurant Caravelle away from the main tourist strip. I truly felt taken care of. Unit was near a grocery store and the Lion monument of Lucerne, and a scenic 10-15 minute walk to the train station and city center. Easy to commute to a nearby city with this property. Large living room, working kitchen, comfortable toilet and shower. Amazing experience. Also near great restaurants outside the tourist center like the famous Old Swiss Inn.

The only thing that could be better is if it was right in the middle of the tourist area and across the river from the train station, with a view, but then it would be three times more expensive and not near a normal grocery.

Two singke beds were attached to make a double bed. It was not annoying but was not comfortable either.

The location, the staff, the attention given to you by the owner Christian and his son Dominick, the design of the apartment, the attention to detail, cleanliness, the number of stations available on the flat-screen TV!, the beauty of all items in the Apartment....one could go on and on as to the high quality and the wonderful vibe one experiences in your stay at Appartments Hofquartier!

we got a room upgrade thanks to the management team, it was a lovely room, very spacious, clean and well-equipped with kitchenwares and everything we needed to cook our own meal.
