Ein wenig kompliziert anzukommen, nur eine Toilette

We chose this accomodation based on location and size as we had been travelling and needed to wash and reset. It surpassed our expectations! The three large windows opening onto the Chapel Bridge were delightful…and we appreciated the breeze as it was very hot during our stay.

No complaints, we were very happy with our choice!

Clean excellent views across the river from the apartment. Good linen. Lift/elevatir very small but available Prime areas of Lucerne within reach by walking Kitchen utensils and accessories adequate Clear instructions

If you are coming by train with heavy luggage the cobbled streets do not help you. Best route is via bridge rathaussteg. Apartment is slightly difficult to find although instructions are very clear. Washing machines are in common area with dryers no complaints but bring along your own washing detergent or buy from coop store.

온라인으로 체크인하고, 메일로 출입문 키박스 비번을 보내와서 숙소 출입에 전혀 불편이 없었습니다. 루체른 호수뷰 호텔이라 창밖으로 원없이 호수와 카펠교 관망이 가능. 역과도 가깝고 호텔 뒤쪽에 COOP이 있어 장보기도 편리했어요. 침구도 깨끗하고 기기 사용 메뉴얼과 기타 필요한 안내서가 도움이 되었어요.

어느 한 곳 삐걱거리는 바닥이 있어서 밤에 움직일 때 옆사람 깰까봐 조심스러웠어요.

Great views, charming timbers, dynamite location. Very happy we could open the windows to enjoy the evenings

False fire alarm that went off at 3 in the morning one night and NO apology from the management company. Doesn’t matter if it wasn’t their fault. The whole building was out in the street with crying kids, etc. They needed to acknowledge the incident, apologize for the inconvenience, and explain what they would do to avoid a repeat.

Location is fabulous. The view from the room was amazing covering the Lucerne lake, Chapel bridge. Lots of eating options near by and shopping available just a lane away. Station was a short 10 mins walk. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find the lock box that had the keys. The instructions were not very clear

Location was perfect with outstanding views. It was very clean and tidy. Easy access from the railway station and great location for getting around. Shared laundry was good to have as well.

This is personal and does not reflect my overall opinion but we did struggle with the uneven floors which went up and down most likely due to the age of the building. It made you feel a bit funny!
