I’d liked how close The transport into central was and it had its own little neighborhood filled with shops & places to eat

This apartment is better than expected, and we highly recommend it. Kristen was brilliant in providing information and guidance about the city. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, and you can also use the kayak or swim in the lake—only 15 min from the city, giving you a relaxing place to stay after a busy day. We would love to come again, and it was worth every penny.

There is nothing we didn't like. It was perfect

we ADORE the water studio. This was our second time and trust me when i tell you there will be a 3rd and 4th and so on. this is our favourite place to stay and favourite city to visit so it all works out :) Tamara is the nicest woman you would ever meet. she is so friendly and just wants you to have a good time!! as does her whole family <3 we already miss it, this morning was hard to wake up and realise we still are not there but we had the best 7 days and all thanks to Tamara and her family and the beautiful city of Amsterdam. it was so lovely to wake up and sit on the terrace on the sun. to see the ducks floating pass, other people, boats. We cannot wait to come back. Once we find the right time we will be back over. It’s just the best ever. I’m so sad we are not there right now but we will be back:) thank you for the amazing time Tamara, Kirsten and Rouza!! Talk soon.

The place was amazing, everything was perfect! I really recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Water Studio. Tamara was very helpful and checking in was quick. Apartment looks much better in person than in pictures. There is everything you need for your stay, place is very clean. Shower is amazing, bed was very comfortable. Best part is balcony, we spent most of the time there. Canoe was great experience as well, as you can use it for free. Location is great, just 15 min from Central Station with tram. If we going to Amsterdam again, we will definitely try to book this place.

Great location just outside the city of Amsterdam. However, there are good transport links into the city with a tram-stop located just 5 minutes away, taking 15 minutes to Central Station. Our hosts were excellent. They couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and offered up their secure parking space so we could park our motorbike for the duration of our stay. The location of the apartment is right on the banks of the river. A canoe was available if we wanted. However, the weather was not kind enough for us to explore the area by boat. The room was comfortable, clean and airy. Note however, due to government restrictions of the provision of "facilities" for this type of accommodation, the only cooking appliance is a microwave. Otherwise, the kitchenette is quite adequate.

A LITTLE BIT OF PURE BLISS!..We loved it so much and felt so welcome that we are actually considering relocating to amsterdam. The location is only 7 stops on the 26 to central station(come very frequently) night buses also service this area. The area itself is so friendly with a real community feel with supermarkets,cafes,pharmacies playgrounds and a beach close by. Tamara, KirstenJan and Rouza are excellent hosts. They go above and beyond expectations. The invaluable information, communication and kindness from them was remarkable. The studio has every detail that you can think of for a great stay and is spotlessly clean, it is even nicer than in the pictures. The bed was super comfy. The tv, free WiFi an entertainment system was wonderful. The use of 2 bikes and a Canoe was so generous. The shower is powerful and warm. Loads of towels and free products to use if you have forgotten to bring any item which was so handy. The use of a mini fridge (with welcome drinks in it on arival) a kettle,nespresso machine, toaster, a microwave and all cutlery you may need made it so easy after a long day out exploring.. the highlight for me personally is the decking. We spent hours sitting in the sun out there listening to music, waving at boats going by some with dogs on them and watching all the beautiful ducks and birds some with babies nesting across the way.. the nature was incredible. Don't hesitate to book this place!!!. I will be booking any time I go to amsterdam if I haven't moved there already 🤣 thanks again guys 5 STAR SERVICE

Leaving

me and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights and four days here and we had the BEST experience ever’ Tamara, Rouza and Kirsten helped us a lot on our journey we cannot thank them enough for there 10/10 service!! it was the cherry ontop of the cake for our trip’ the outside balcony is so peaceful and was our fave place to chill after a long day of walking and being a tourist, the bed was super comfy and there is everything you need there. The tram is also 1 min away and comes every 6 minutes and it only takes 12 mins or less to get into the city it’s so easy and quick we were amazed by it’ we fell in love and will 100% book when we come back :) thanks again guys keep up the good work you’re doing amazing 😍😍

there’s nothing not to like, it’s perfect

Spacious and good facilities. Easy access to the centre of Amsterdam. 10 - 15 minutes on the tram, located a few minutes walk from the property. The host greeted us at the property and made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was just stunning, would highly recommend staying here. The area was beautiful and peaceful and yet only a few stops on the tram into the centre. Shops and restaurants were nearby, so all on your doorstop. However, nothing beats opening your curtains in the morning, sitting on the deck and watching the ducks float by...absolute bliss! A big thank you to our hosts, Tamara and Christian, they were so welcoming and were so quick to communicate and help us get the most of our stay xx

Everything was perfect..nothing to dislike

Didn't realize I could have checked in early! The host was very nice and accomodating. Very quiet and secluded room. I didn't have the chance to use the patio or kayak in the back. Location a bit out of the city but still easy to get to via public transportation.

The hosts are nice and kind. The accommodation is clean, private and chilly. The terrace is great. 15 mins to Centraal Station by Tram (stop at 3mins walking distance from appartment). Highly recommended.

It is a pretty sweet apartment for couples. You have everything important you need. TV with free netflix. A comfortable cozy bed with LED lightning. A balcony with nice chairs to hang out and to enjoy the morning sun! Also inklusiv is a water jetty and a canoe! That was so cool. The shower is big enough for to.^^ Everything was clean.

An amazing place!!!!! Very quiet, beautiful studio, arranged and prepared with much love!! The room itself, balcony and floating terrace topped our expectations!! Everything you need and even more is provided. Even a kayak if you feel like doing a little tour in the neighbourhood :) The hosts are super friendly and welcoming!! Also, it is very easy and fast to get to the city center. We will come again if we can!! Thank you very much and all the best!!!

if youre looking forward to party in central amsterdam this might not be the perfect spot to stay since its a 15-20 min ride to city center. but if you seek a relaxing place to stay after sightseeing or shopping this is appartement would be an excellent choice :-) very clean and well thought out small appartement! even swimming in the gracht right beyond the balcony is recommendable. a lot of cool birds coming by too!

The owners are really kind and helpful. The canal view is so relaxing
