Um 01 Uhr morgen Feueralarm aktiviert ! Etwa 1,5 Stunde draußen gestanden bei null grad, ohne warme Getränke oder Erklärung ( war auch paar mit kleine Baby dabei ). Besitzer verspricht Late Check out aber… um 9 Uhr klopft Zimmermädchen am Tür und fragt wann ich Hotel verlasse. Beim Check out Besitzer am Telefon und nichtmal auf Wiedersehen gesagt. Katastrophe

Rapporto qualità prezzo mai visto prima, veramente un ottimo albergo. Parliamo di un 4 stelle, molto confortevole e con tutto quello che serve.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und hatte eine angenehme Größe, die Matratze war bequem. Dadezimmer war ausreichen groß und verfügte über eine Bodengleiche Dusche. Sehr angenehmer freundlicher Checkin.
Im Treppenhaus schon war Küchengeruch wahrzunehmen, was sich auch in den Fluren fortsetzte. Im Zimmer roch es penetrant nach Küche, speziell nach Sauerkraut, der Geruch wurde durch die Lüftung im Bad ins Zimmer gebracht. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, gegen 23:00h war auch niemand mehr im Haus ansprechbar, die Tür zur Rezeption war geschlossen.
Beim Frühstück gab es eine Sorte Brötchen, Körnerbrötchen und davon genau 12 Stück, sonst gab es keine weiteren Brötchen. Brot gibt es generell keines. Auf meine Frage nach weiteren Brötchen antwortete man mir, es wären ja Brötchen da, wenn ich andere wolle, müsse ich warten bis neue gebacken wären oder ich müsse halt früher kommen. Es war 8:00 Uhr!

Alles!!! Empfang sehr freundlich und professionell. Der Service im Restaurant ebenfall.
Das Frühstück war besonders gut.
Man merkt, dass das Personal geschult wird und auf jedes Detail wert gelegt wird.
Wenn ich in Augsburg bin, weiß ich wo ich hin gehe.
Dass ich nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist bin.

Sehr nettes freundiche Personal. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption weiß was er tut. Parkplatz war voll. Doch er hat das parken trotzdem ermöglicht. Sehr Kompetent an der Bar und auch im Restaurant.
Talent in allem.
Das Essen war sehr gut..das Backhendl kann mit dem original österreichischen locker mit halten. Salate frisch vom Markt..und genau so ist es...frisch und knackig mit Dressing nach Wahl ... sehr lecker. SUPPEN...Tip Top.

DIE ZIMMER : sauber..leise..bequem.
Hotelflur...und zimmer ist mir einem tollen Teppich ausgestattet... den saubersten den ich je gesehen habe...und das bei einem Hochfloor..unglaublich.
Da können sich einige Hotels mal was abschauen.
Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Air conditioner didn't work. Unbelievable hot in the room. There was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door.

Clean and comfortable room, free undercover parking, lift access from garage to room level. Excellent restaurant. It was situated on a busy road but the room was very quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

very clean & modern. convenient location. staff were kind & helpful. The suite on the 3rd floor have our family group of 7 plenty of space to stretch out and relax.
Kitchenette in the suite needed more dishes and a few pots for the cooktop.

Sound isolation could be better; very unpleasant to wake up at night due to the TV and speech noises coming from next rooms. The setup of the Hotel is a 'restaurant hotel" rather than a proper 4-star hotel. It looks as if Hotel management focuses on the restaurant part rather than the accommodation section. Do not be mistaken for 4 stars, it is not...
