Beautiful house and location is amazing!

The home is just like the pictures. It’s a beautiful location on the Melbourne flats - a great place to kayak. Cyndie was very responsive before and during the trip. We had a small issue when we arrived which she resolved quickly. The unit is very well and thoughtfully furnished. You will likely overpack. We did. But there are plenty of kayaks, bikes, towels, and fishing gear. There’s a reason this place is always booked. We had to wait a year to get in and it was worth it. Enjoy!

Everything about this rental was perfect. Home was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Perfect location right on the water. We enjoyed sitting underneath the tiki Hut for our meals and going out to the dock to look for wildlife which we saw horseshoe crab, small sharks, tarpon, and multiple birds. The owner is quick to respond to any concerns. We would absolutely rent this house again in the future if we choose to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Being on the water’s edge was fantastic. We spent a lot of time under the tiki, enjoying all of the pelicans, herons, and egrets, and also watching an osprey do its hunting. Kayaking in the morning was quite peaceful as the sun rose. Cyndie was very responsive whenever we had a question. We loved our week here.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this amazing property! The hosts are super nice and quick to respond with any questions. Right near Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda State Park which we frequented and did some snorkeling. We loved sitting out at the tiki hut at night :) It was such a dream and we would love to come again!

This was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first time. Clean and well stocked, they provide everything you need, and much more. We didn't end up using the hot tub on our first visit, but found out what we were missing. It was perfect for relaxing after a hard day of diving or fishing. Speaking of fishing, we caught a ton of fish right from the property after we got some tips from a local bait store. The location is ideal, close to everything we enjoy doing. We've already booked again for next year and can't wait!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our favorite spot to hang out was at the end of the dock where we could see the fish, hermit crabs, and even small nurse sharks go by. You can hear the road noise from the house, but it's easy to block out. One of the bedrooms does not have a door to it, but rather a "screen" that you slide to provide privacy. This worked well for our youngest. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kayaks were a great bonus that we all enjoyed paddling out it.

The home was very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Showers provided hot water. Roomy enough to spread out for the 3 of us if we wanted some personal space. Yard was large and had a Tiki hut , sun , fans , picnic table , dock and privacy. An unexpected "visitor" walked onto the property thinking it was a park. When informed it was private property - the person motioned around and said "all of this"? It IS a very nice property. The owners were very quick to respond to questions. We used the gas grill several times and it was nice they had a picnic table close by to enjoy the outdoors. Tidal changes are very noticeable and provide a change of scenery if you stay for a while . We stayed 12 delightful days . It isn't very far from Highway 1 but there is no traffic noise from it. Thanks for use of your beautiful home ! Would rent again if it were available.

Lovely clean home in a perfect setting. Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. Secluded and private but close to restaurants, stores, and things to do.

An outstanding and charming house in an outstanding location. The ocean view and access clearly defines this place. We are seasoned travelers of the Keys and this place tops them all. It is private, picturesque and so wonderfully thought through. It had all the essentials and all the wonderful little amenities. A plus!

Amazing property, right on the water. House had everything we needed for a family getaway. Comfortable gathering areas, kitchen with all the amenities. Outdoors we enjoyed the kayaks, hot tub, and just hanging out under the tiki hut. If Marathon is the right location then this is the perfect home away from home. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for anyone wanting to be close to everything and right on the ocean! It has everything you could ever want for a GREAT vacation. I cannot think of a single thing that I would change. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Cyndie for sharing your oasis with us.

We absolutely loved this place! It looks exactly like the pictures except even more beautiful if you can even imagine that. We loved the character that the home has inside and it is decorated so nicely. It was extremely clean and comfortable and everything was in good working order. The outside was like a playground for my husband and I! We rotated between the tiki hut, the dock, the beach chairs, the eating area w/ table, and hot tub. Honestly I did not leave the property much at all. He did some fishing charters and got a bunch of snapper (great tasting!). The 7 mile bridge is gorgeous and there are some very good restaurants as well. The best place to be however is right at the shore at the house though!! Just walk right out and the ocean it right there. The owner was super friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying at property. It's a place where memories are made. Had a couple of small issues arise and owner was very responsive. Felt I was dealing with family.

Incredible vacation. Ocean front and private. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed and more..Ray and Cyndie have gone above and beyond with the Oasis. We hung out under the tiki hut every night. Kayaking, biking and fishing were a lot of fun. Our favorite beach for snorkeling was Bahia Honda State Park(outdoor shower was a bonus)after a day at the beach. Herbie's and Coast to Coast restaurants were excellent. We fished with Jersey Key charter's and had a great time. The turtle hospital was right down the road and worth the visit. We were surprised to see how many board games they had and especially since we love sequence we played it a lot. Thank you for an amazing vacation in Marathon.

We had a fabulous week at the house. Cyndie provided all the check in details in advance & the property was all ready for us by the time we arrived. The outside space is great & the house nice & comfortable, especially the beds. Enjoyed fishing off the pier catching a few tarpon & a couple of nurse sharks. Had slight issue with a tap to which Cyndie responded extremely promptly & overall we had a great time, the perfect base for exploring the Florida keys

Great place to stay...we enyoyed it so much!!

I just want to say before I get started that the owners of this property have good hearts and it's not always about the money and I will leave it at that. The owners were very attentive prior to our trip with all of our questions and helped us in any way they could. I even spoke with her on the phone and she was so incredibly nice. The property was wonderful. Driving up to it right away we knew we made a good decision. We had our own slice of paradise for two weeks. Right on the waters edge what else could you want. We enjoyed fishing off the pier (crazy how much the tide goes out) husband caught a Tarpon and 2 sharks, sitting under the tiki hut, spending time in the hot tub (even at night after a 118 degree heat index day, we picked the hottest time of the year), we loved the kayaks for sure, we even left you an extra paddle that had drifted to your pier. The outside shower was used almost every day to rid of the sand. The amenities were great. Now for the indside of the house. It was perfect. Very spacious for a family of 4. We could not have asked for more. It was just perfect. We spent most of our time on adventures around the keys and this house was perfect after long days of adventure. So close to the town of Marathon but feels so secluded away from all the hustle and bustle. Thanks for being amazing hosts. Best Wishes Always! House is as described and a short bike ride to Sombrero Beach. Relaxing evenings under the tiki hut enjoying cold drinks while enjoying the ocean breezes. Close to many restaurants and area attractions. The guest shed has many toys to keep the family busy. Unfortunately the sea grass was still making its way to the shores on the Atlantic side and made it impossible for swimming and snorkeling off the pier. The hot tub was a nice end to the day on the nights when the temperatures dropped. I would definitely stay here again but maybe when Florida is not having a record heat wave, water temps reached 101 throughout the week.

Ocean Oasis is a wonderful property to relax and enjoy family. Kayaking, hot tub and relaxing under the tiki hut was where most of our time was spent, if not exploring the Keys. Recommend Bahia Honda Beach for snorkeling and of course an outing to Key West. Saw sharks off the pier and caught a few small mangrove snappers. Grandkids loved the variety of lizards.

Our favorite spot in the Keys. Excellent owners to work with and excellent communication. The house is a beautiful old Keys house at the end of a quiet street. We used the kayak every day and caught lots of fish. So relaxing to sit in the hot tub after snorkeling or siteseeing. Thank you again!

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Oasis. The home is perfectly positioned on the water with easy access for our paddleboard. The owner also provided multiple kayaks which we used to explore the mangroves during low tide. Multiple sightings of marine life provided such a thrill; we even caught a small shark and a barracuda off the dock with the provided fishing poles and lures. We were thrilled to be able to wind down from our daily Keys excursions in the tiki hut, complete with fans and a Tiki Toss game that my children loved. (The Wii was also a hit during down time from the sun.) After many adventurous days, the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind before settling into the loveliest of homes. Everyone in our party reported comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked--especially with pantry items (ice cream scoop needed). If we are fortunate to travel to the Florida Keys again, we would not hesitate to stay in Cyndie and Ray's home. Amenities, in combination with stellar communication by the host, are unparalleled.

We enjoyed relaxing in the many outdoor spaces aned evening soaks in the hot tub while watching the sunset and sunrise in the morning. Bahia State Park was my favorite because could walk out and snorkel. My friends favorite was Sombero Beach beach it was a short walk and nice sand. We went to Docksiders - great place for drinks and live music and Sparkle's Landing - Delicious Food and great views.

Best. Week. Ever!! My husband and I had the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. The house was better than the pics and description and those are perfect! Anything and everything you want or need is here. We wanted low key and relaxing and that’s exactly what we got. Lazy days on the private beach soaking up the Florida sunshine and evenings under the Tiki hut are exactly what we wanted. We ventured down to Key West twice. Once to mill around and once to go to The Dry Tortugas which if you’ve never done it, do it! Absolutely amazing experience! Cyndie is the perfect host. She was available before, during and after our stay. She was the absolute best and made everything go perfectly for us. I cannot recommend this place enough. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice! Thank you Ray & Cyndie for sharing your paradise with us. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

We loved everything about our stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal! The tiki hut was our favorite spot. We almost hated to leave each day, but the location was perfectly situated for all our activities - boating, fishing, diving and exploring Key West. We loved it so much, we're coming back next year.

Well where do I start! - the property is stunning, so well decorated, so clean, everything you need for a vacation! - loved the kayaks, spotted lots of manatees, jelly fish, iguanas and birds - loved the hot tub and the private beach area, every evening we sat under the tiki hut This place is truly a little gem and well worth the price and I can’t wait to come back one day

We loved the house, tiki hut and all the equipment available to enjoy ourselves. Weather was beautiful and view from the house was awesome. Management made everything go very smoothly. Will be recommending rental to friends and family.
