It was ok for the price.

Room was really small. With 4 large suitcases brought into the room there was barely enough room to move around.

The staff was very kind, very helpful, patient and always responded to our questions/request. Always smiling. He helped us with baggage, taking up to room and taking down to taxi next morning. The location for us was great, we had a flight next morning.

The room was not clean. There was no toilet paper and only one towel (we had to ask for it). In the morning , when the time is running fast, there was not water at all. We call reception, this nice man turn the pomp on. Water came , unfortunately there was no hot water, so my friend did not have a shower. Lucky me , I had my shower before we went to sleep.

The staff were really lovely, very polite and helpful. There’s lots of food options in the area, the area was safe at night time, as was the hotel. There was tea making facilities and the Wi-Fi was great! The aircon works. It’s a basic budget room suitable for a few hours sleep before a flight. Would you spend your holiday here? No. Would you spend a few hours sleep here before a morning flight so you can avoid the traffic? Yes. It absolutely does the job. The location is 10 easy mins walk from the airport or like us and your bags weight 4 stone then there’s a car person to help you at any time. The sheets were clean, you probably want to bring your own towels. There’s going to be some mosquitos, you’re near water.

Nothing that I would quibble at for the price.

The AC and fan were silent and effective in peak summer, friendly service,location close to airport and neat .

room size good for one ,small for couple

The location is superb, an easy and simple 10 minute walk from the terminal building. It is also off of the main road, so not so noisy. The ac worked well, and the room overall not too bad. The cleanliness is basic but manageable. Wi-Fi was OK, as were the hot water and general water pressure.

Staff never seem to be around, so it was a bit of a struggle whenever we needed them, including checking in and out. The state of the bedding can be improved, they were not very clean.
