Our space in Kyoto was fantastic and great value. Very clean and spacious in a quiet, non-touristy neighbourhood where we found little treasures close by including a bakery (Maruki), a yakitori-ya and a Thai masseuse. Having a washer in the room and a balcony to dry clothes was great. We found it easy to get around the city using public transport. We paid 1700 yen for the taxi from the train station to the inn.

Beware of the luggage because there is no staff to collect it. Therefore, notify the property way in advance the arrival.

Very quite and comfortable room which, the bathroom is very spacious and the shower was awesome. Location is good there are transports to everywhere in Kyoto and some attractions are in walking distance. There are plenty of supermarkets in walking distance which can save you money on food.

Quite expensive daily parking charge, I believe this has been added to the website since we booked, the information wasn't available before (I checked the communications I had before checking in and could not find the charge) There is only two of each item to eat with (two plates, two forks, two chopsticks) even though we had a child, there is also very limited items to cook with. Be aware that the washing machine which is suppose to be a air dryer doesn't really dry, wasn't a problem for us since it was a hot day so everything dried on the veranda outside

The room had more than I was expecting. You could live and cook here.

Mattress could have been firmer but that's personal preference.

Complete with all dining utensils and cooking utensils, an automatic washing machine so I don't have to leave the hotel to go to a coin laundry shop. Also comes with a closet, a dining nook, a spacious bathroom with all toiletries you will need and a bonus hair iron aside from the standard blowdryer.

What I did not like, its just there was no elevator to get things up and down the hotel. This hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood but a little far from a train station.

Good position, confortable apartment, the bathroom and the bath tube where perfect. The laundry machine is very useful. wifi connection was efficent.

Dusty in the room and pink mold in the bathroom. Mattress too soft, my kid cannot sleep on it.

The room has been sound-proofed and is on a quiet back street. I really liked the lighting in this place.There was parking at the entrance. It was a good sized room with a kitchen, great air con, plenty of room to relax and hang out. The shower was great and really clean. Loved this place!
