It was clean and secure place. The location is not central but you have everything in the near surroundings (supermarket, restaurants, etc.) The terrace is nice to have.

There were only a small and very thin blanket. For the price we paid, there should have been tea bag or instant coffee offered. It doesn’t cost much but it would make happier customers.

The lift wasn't working I couldn't go upstairs because I hadn't the key I was waiting more than 3 hours until one men open the door I call the lady she text me and told me I was in a meeting. We had to climb 6 floors with luggage and children At night we went out and I have not the second key for the stairs, I was out until 3 o'clock morning Waiting to someone to open the door The area wasn't safe full of homeless One men he forces me to buy him 10£ When I call the police they told me it was an unsafe area When I contact the lady she told me sorry I give you half price back When I left everything ok She refuses and she makes too much drama.

The apartment is in a great location, easily accessible by underground or the tram at nearby Rosa Parks stop. Overall, our stay was great value and the apartment was nice and clean and spacious.

Like others, we had a bit of a delay getting the details to access the property on the day. We sat and had a glass of wine at the nearby bar and contacted booking.com customer service and all was resolved with no great difficulty. I can fully understand how this may have caused issues for other travellers though.

Did enjoy the fact that we were able to come to the appratment at any hour we were able to, in our case almost midnight.

The place needs to be renovated, vents look old, balcony door is about as old as it gets, some paitings were taken down but without thought about the fact that it left a trace of where it was before.

Checkin details not provided until we called the host. Though it’s a paid parking , parking garage remote was not given until asked for . Host doesn’t take the calls , only SMS , Sometimes the response is long which is not good.
