The lift wasn't working
I couldn't go upstairs because I hadn't the key
I was waiting more than 3 hours until one men open the door
I call the lady she text me and told me I was in a meeting.
We had to climb 6 floors with luggage and children
At night we went out and I have not the second key for the stairs, I was out until 3 o'clock morning
Waiting to someone to open the door
The area wasn't safe full of homeless
One men he forces me to buy him 10£
When I call the police they told me it was an unsafe area
When I contact the lady she told me sorry I give you half price back
When I left everything ok
She refuses and she makes too much drama.

The apartment is in a great location, easily accessible by underground or the tram at nearby Rosa Parks stop. Overall, our stay was great value and the apartment was nice and clean and spacious.
Like others, we had a bit of a delay getting the details to access the property on the day. We sat and had a glass of wine at the nearby bar and contacted booking.com customer service and all was resolved with no great difficulty. I can fully understand how this may have caused issues for other travellers though.

Did enjoy the fact that we were able to come to the appratment at any hour we were able to, in our case almost midnight.
The place needs to be renovated, vents look old, balcony door is about as old as it gets, some paitings were taken down but without thought about the fact that it left a trace of where it was before.

Though it’s a paid parking , parking garage remote was not given until asked for .

the apartment is very dirty and then the toilet door is not open and inside 20 minute and I call the security but they didn’t come and very suffer that this situation it’s very disgusting

Dirty apartment, dirty sheets, old furniture,
the most important thing is that everything it's Dirty, for 220 euros per night, you could clean it much better.
There was no answer (phone) when we called three times before the check-in.

Directions and instructions were very clear.
the bed was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. I had to sleep on the sofa bed instead!
The glasses and plates were dirty. we had to wash them using them…ketchup and grease!

The appartment is very cozy, the host is really friendly. It contains also a washing machine and a dryer, so you can wash your clothes there.

A well appointed and comfortable modern apartment in a great location and secure on-premise parking (at extra cost) which is a great bonus in Paris. Very happy that the apartment also had a coffee percolator (instead of the dreaded pod-machine) as well as a good washer and dryer. Situated at a modern boulevard just inside the Peripherique the location is easy to get to without getting stuck in Paris traffic. Grocery shops and restaurants are close by, trams out front and the Port de Villette metro station a short walk away for easy access to the inner city. Communication with the hosts was fast, effective and friendly.
The apartment looks modern and new, however the furnishings are starting to show some signs of wear and tear.

I am unable to write a lot here as there was not much we liked about it. The washing machine and tumble dryer was great. The parking across the road was also good although ideally would have been closer as not able to drop bags off outside appartments.
Response from owner was slow. Apartment was run down and not very clean. Ripped curtains, worn sofa bed, coffee table feet broken with cigarette burns on top of it. Unable to lock patio door as was broken leading to feeling unsecure. Cracked mirror in bedroom wardrobe. Wi-fi kept on stopping. Dirty shower curtain. Poor linen for bedding making an uncomfortable night sleep.

It was clean and secure place. The location is not central but you have everything in the near surroundings (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)
The terrace is nice to have.
There were only a small and very thin blanket.
For the price we paid, there should have been tea bag or instant coffee offered. It doesn’t cost much but it would make happier customers.

The apartment itself is lovely and spacious.
Communication could have been better as there was a lack of response from the property until quite late. There were also not enough towels for the number of guests.

Great location, easy to get everywhere in Paris by the Metro or Tram.
I appreciated that she met us early to let us leave our bags bc we weren’t able to get in until several hours after we arrived.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable and it wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Communication could have been better… it took me having to text and call to get the entry codes and I never received anything about what to do when we left. She said she emailed me but I would have expected it to come through Booking.com.

A very big, cozy and comfortable apartment with more than one could wish for. Plus a veranda for smokers or having dinner on a good day.
Very close to Rose Parks with multiple choices of shops and restaurants.
Difficult to get the entry codes because our host did not send them as soon as she knew we were coming, so we were left in the rain until she picked up her phone! we could use more toilet paper (not a tiny 1 per person for 5 days) and no dish soap. Small details that one would not expect to face...
Also a bit far from the attractions, it would take us more than 35minutes to get to the center.

I've been there with 5 more other people, my family and it was really nice... Confortable beds, clean, the area has supermarkets, coffee shops, very close to transport TB. Price accessible compairing with other prices in Paris.

Great spot with small grocery and bistro just downstairs. RER one 3 minute walk. Metro 9 minute walk. Nice to have a full kitchen and two bedrooms.
Front door of building gets stuck and is hard to open occasionally.
